Unser Anwesen ist eine Strandwohnung mit eigenem Strand am berühmten Playa Los Muertos von Puerto Vallarta. Unsere geräumige 1.200 qm Wohnung hat zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Kingsize-Betten und zwei Vollbäder (begehbare Dusche / keine Badewanne). Küche hat Mikrowelle, Toaster, Mixer und Kaffeemaschine. Schön eingerichtet, einschließlich Kabel-TV im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer, Waschmaschine und Trockner, Klimaanlage (aktualisiert mit Mini-Splits ab 12. Juli 2017), und Deckenventilatoren im gesamten. Der Pool liegt nur wenige Schritte von der überdachten Terrasse des ersten Stockwerks entfernt. Blue Chairs Beach Resort, Mantamar Beach Club und Sapphire Ocean Club sind alle in der Nähe. Viele Restaurants und Geschäfte sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Gated Eingang mit Rezeption 24/7.

Der Blick von Playa Bonita ist über Banderas Bay. Mit 27 Meilen ist es die zweitgrößte Bucht der Welt. Das ruhige, klare Wasser bietet die perfekte Kulisse für atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge, die Sie von unserer Terrasse aus sehen können. Von Dezember bis März ist die Bucht die Heimat des spektakulären Buckelwals. Planen Sie unbedingt eine Walbeobachtungstour in der Bucht ein.
Zwischen Juni und Dezember legen die Olive Ridley Schildkröten ihre Eier am Strand ab. Vielleicht haben Sie das Glück, Babyschildkröten beim Schlüpfen zuzusehen und auf dem Weg zum Meer zu sein.
Playa Los Muertos ist ein breiter Sandstrand zum Schwimmen. Lokale Verkäufer wandern am Strand und verkaufen ihre Handwerke und lokal hergestellte Speisen. Wenn Sie die Waren, die sie anbieten, nicht wollen, sagen Sie einfach: "Gracias, nein."
Los Muertos Pier ist ein beliebter Angelplatz für die Einheimischen. Von dort aus können Sie Ihre eigene Angelexpedition organisieren oder ein Wassertaxi zu einem der Dörfer in der Südküste nehmen, die nur mit dem Boot erreichbar sind.

Terriffic place

Stayed for 14 days with another couple,all in our late sixties visiting from Toronto, Ontario.Marshalls place is wonderful and so is he,any questions we asked were answered within minutes before and during our trip. The condo was very clean,beds very comfortable, nice furniture.Loved being able to open sliding doors to the patio and the pool a couple of steps away.The beach is just across the street and was never too busy,lots of chairs and umbrellas, Blue Chairs bar/restaurant right there for food and drinks when you wanted,they will bring it right to you.Lots of people selling items but when you say no gracias they don't bother you. We took a few ubers to diferent tours but puerto vallarta from the condo is very walkable,either along the Malacon or up the hill to main streets, tons of restaurants and bars and markets throughout, would definitely go again. Thank you again Marshall for letting us stay at your lovely condo. The Madills and the McGregors.

The description states that you get a beautiful view of the sunset from your patio, that would be true if you weren’t looking through a large amount of electrical lines.There is a bar beneath the pool area that blasts techno music from about 4:00 pm to at least 1:00 am.The location is great to go across the street to the beach and there is a roped off area to sit. I wouldn’t consider it “beachfront” since you have to cross the street and walk past a bar to get there…Bathrooms are nice! Kitchen is adequate. Couch and mattress is uncomfortable.

Spacious Setting and Great Location

The unit was very spacious for the four of us. The floor plan allowed each couple to have a bathroom. Being on the first floor was just a few steps from the pool. Having a washer and dryer was so convenient. We were located by outstanding restaurants and the beach.

Nice place! Clean and well kept. Nice Pool!! A little too close to the action for us. Beach area was nice with our own "Private" area. We are retired "Boomer's" and prefer it a little more laid back. Nice place for a younger clientele.

PVR Holiday Trip

Spent a week in PVR at Thanksgiving. This condo is a couple of blocks farther out than we normally stay but it was awesome and well worth the extra steps. It’s pool side so you only need to grab a towel and walk out the door. There is a wonderful ocean view from the wall of windows in the living area. The two bedrooms are large and spacious with adjoining baths. The best part was the management.company and their attentiveness. Jesus answered all our questions and helped us plan outings. He was amazing.

Great stay with friends

A beautiful condo in a perfect location gave us a great vacation. It was just as pictured online. First floor with direct access to the pool. Surprisingly quiet with all the activity going on outside we were never disturbed.

PV condo

The unit was ok although I had the impression it was newer and it wasn't. The property manager was supposed to meet us and he was an hour or so late. The TV had only one stupid English channel. He came back and tried to fix it and said someone would bring a replacement cable box, but never did. The batteries in the door lock expired and it didn;t work. The front desk guys were great and helped. The showers were excellent although the head came off in my hand when I turned it on. Kitchen was fine. a/c was good.

Air conditioning was not adequate and the remotes didn’t work. Shower head flew off while I was showering- luckily I caught it so the glass door was okay. The restaurant across the street plays very loud music. Bed was comfortable.

Great Property

Excellent property and location. The complex is a 1 minute walk to the beach where there is a private area for condo guests. This is really great when the beach is crowded. The unit is a spacious ground floor unit and next to the pool, which is very convenient. The outdoor table and chairs are great for a morning coffee and start to the day. All of the expected amenities are provided. Every switch in the unit is labeled as to which device it controls. This is really great in an unfamiliar location. As an experienced international traveler I have never seen this before. It's just one indicator of the thought the owner has put into the property. Would definitely seek out this unit again if we return to this area.

Perfect stay!

We cannot wait to enjoy this property again. Condo is decorated beautiful and has everything you need. Loved walking right out to the pool or across to the beach. Great beach club at the end of the block. Taxi always outside to catch a 5 min ride into town if you choose not to walk. Front desk staff always friendly and helpful very safe location and building for 3 women

Beautiful place at a great location

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was as described and the ocean view from the condo needs to be mentioned as the picture of the listing does not do it justice. Marshall was very responsive prior to our stay and during our stay, We would definitely stay here again

A True Gem

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Marshall's wonderful condo! The condo is very clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The private patio just off the pool area was especially nice for early morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The building is very secure with a 24 hour attended front desk and id required to be "buzzed in" at the door. The beach is just a few steps away with a private area for guests staying in the condo building. It was nice to always have a palapa and a comfy chair to relax in any time we wanted to! It was just a short walk to the Malecon and Old Town. Taxis and Ubers were readily available, as well. The representative from the property management company was very kind and professional and made check-in and check-out a breeze. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect location

As described but there is a view of the ocean from the patio that is better than the pictures and the value of the private beach alone is totally worth it alone. Felt very safe/secure. Friendly staff at front desk. Lively and vibrant neighborhood.

Family vacation

We stayed for 9 nights in this condo. It was our first time being in PV. The condo was in great condition. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The check in process was very easy. The condo was just as described. It was a great set for our family, and it would also be great for 2 couples traveling together. The pool was right off the patio. It was clean and refreshing. It is shady in the morning and then gets the afternoon sun. There is a private beach area with chairs and palapas. This was amazing. It was nice to be away from the crowds on the public beach. Marshall was fantastic to work with. He had quick responses to any questions and was ver accommodating. We would love to stay here again!!

Puerto Vallarta's romantic zone is hilly with steep cobblestone roads, tons of restaurants and shopping. Very adorable. Marshall's condo is steps from the sand. Essential if you don't want to take taxis everywhere. We walked along the beach for about 5 minutes and connected with the Malecon. Perfect! The neighborhood is very LGBT friendly, so if you are bothered by that, you would not like it. The staff in the condo office were very kind. Marshall is a seasoned host and he knows what he's doing. The amenities in the condo worked great and it even had a washer dryer. All this with an ocean view!

Our first visit to Puerto Vallarta was in March of 2016. We fell in love with the town, the beach, and most of all, its people. My partner and I bought this condo in December, 2016, and we moved to PV, full-time, in September, 2017.

As they say, location, location, location. We are right on the beach in the Zona Romantica and we can't think of a better place in Puerto Vallarta to have a vacation home to share with friends, family and guests.

Our unit is located on the same level as the swimming pool. You are just a few steps from the patio to the pool. It has the added benefit of being on the first floor (which is above street level), so there are no stairs or elevators needed to reach our apartment. This makes it an excellent choice for older guests who prefer not to climb stairs.
