What an absolute joke
We were not able to stay in the accommodation. Stayz had double booked and thos was only found out at 10pm the night of arrival, while my partner and staff member were on a plane to sydney.
Stayz refused to offer any assistance of alternative accomodation, instead, they said, when the guests arrive (almost midnight) have them drive to Bondi, from the airport, knock on the door of the apartment, when someone aswers they need to take photos of the other guests with their luggage, this is so we can prove that the accomodation actually has others in it. This is after the owner had already confirmed with them, that they had double booked and to release the full payment for the unit back. Again, stayz refused to provide alternative accomodation, telling us to look on expedia or booking dot com, there excuse was, they believe the owner and us could be pulling a scam to not have to pay for the accomodation.
It us completely dusgusting way to treat anyone, we will be filing a civil suit for the return of our money and the additional costs involved with changes of accomodation and also parking $65 a day, then changevour return flights back as the worker was unable to complete the job due to lack of sleep trying to find additional accommodation.
