This huge, 4-bedroom Queenslander is built over 2 levels with dual living areas, alfresco decks, car parking + only 3kms to the City…
Super convenient to the Gabba, PA Hospital, Stones Corner, Kangaroo Point, University of Queensland (UQ St Lucia), Buranda Shopping & Train station…
The space;
With enough room for the whole family, beautifully furnished, grassed backyard + fully fenced…you’ll want to stay longer!
For the parents, you’ll love having the upstairs King bedroom, large bathroom + combined home office, dressing room / storage room, while the other 3 bedrooms are downstairs.
Enjoy a home cooked meal in the kitchen with spacious dining area, chill out on the leather sofas + open the bi-fold doors to the deck overlooking the backyard below…
Curl up with Netflix streaming on the 55’ Smart TV’s upstairs & also downstairs in the 2nd lounge room…
The 3 bedrooms downstairs are also very large, with huge built-in wardrobes, another large bathroom with full laundry facilities + a stylish office desk, chair + loads of storage.
There’s room for 2+ cars in tandem on the driveway / side of the house & Buranda Train Station is only a few minutes walk away.
Perfect for families, couples + business travellers…but not for parties / gatherings of any description.
