The first floor boasts an open and spacious living area with a kitchen island that includes seating, a dining table, and a comfortable living space. One bedroom is located on the first floor, while the remaining three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, are situated on the second floor. Additionally, there is an alcove with a desk, perfect for those who need to work from home, and a cozy second living room space with a TV and seating. Cool off in the private pool and patio space after a long day or warm up we offer pool heat / Hot tub for $70 every five days (not prorated). A full-size washer and dryer are at the home for your use, however we do not provide laundry detergent, so keep that in mind when preparing for your trip.
Most of our homes are pet friendly, including this one. We do not charge a pet fee. However, pets are prohibited from being on furniture or beds. A pet cleaning fee of $250.00 will be charged to the card on file for any violations to this rule.
Please be aware that all reservations must be made by someone over the age of 21.
Please note that check in information should begin to arrive the day before scheduled check in with the final details such as door code to access property arriving the morning of scheduled check in.
