A 3 BR 2 BA (2000 sq. Ft./186 m ²) zu Hause. Zwei Zimmer haben ein Queensize-Bett und das dritte hat ein Doppelbett. Es bietet Platz für bis zu 8 Personen (6 in 2 Betten auf einem Futon in voller Größe). In der Nähe von BART (Zug nach SF) (1 km), Berkeley (8 km), San Francisco (18 km) und Napa (30 km). Geräumig, sauber und familienfreundlich. In der Nähe von Restaurants und familienfreundlichen Aktivitäten, einschließlich kostenlosem Zugang zu mehreren Tennisplätzen. Mein Platz ist großartig für Paare und Familien (mit Kindern). In der Nähe von Wild Cat Canyon Park (1,6 km) und Tilden Park (1,6 km). Perfect for us!

It was everything we needed and more. The courtyard and deck gave us options to enjoy the sunshine and incredible views and the spacious and comfy configuration allowed us to both catch up and find time and space for occasional calls that required time away from the group. The hosts were quick to answer questions and provide details we missed.

Family time

The views were great and we enjoyed this lovely home which accommodated all our needs. We were there for a family reunion and this home was located in between two family member's homes making it a great location betweem Albany and El Sobrante. We would definitely seek out this home again when visiting the bay area.

What a view in a family ready house

The view is spectacular and the home has plenty of room for family gatherings. The kitchen is well appointed and worked perfectly for our thanksgiving dinner for our family of 8. The dining room sat our entire family perfectly. The beds are comfortable and the neighborhood is upscale and quiet at night. The host was very responsive to any and all questions and concerns. The only drawbacks are the water pressure and the lack of much hot water in the showers. The showering was a challenge to say the least. If this issue is addressed we would return again and again.

Convenient location to get around the east Bay Area. Beautiful view of the city, Angel Island and some of the Golden Gate bridge from the back patio. House was clean and spacious. Good communication from owner.

Graduation Week

We rented the VRBO for about a week for the college graduation of our daughter. Location of the house is in a quiet and picturesque neighborhood. House is clean and has 3 good sized bedrooms. Host response time for any email query was prompt. I would not hesitate to go back if an opportunity arose.

El Cerrito Stay

The house was great, a good location and wonderful location to all things the Bay area has to offer. The bedrooms were good size as were all the rooms. It was nice to be up in the hills and have great views of the Bay & city. Fassil was a wonderful host, he brought us a rolling pin as we wanted to make Xmas cookies and a CD player! We cooked a lot and the kitchen was very well equipped. The Grocery Outlet store had great prices and was nearby. We would definitely stay again - we loved San Francisco!

Nice home with a beautiful view!

The home was perfect for our family of four with room to spare. Nice patio and deck to sit in the sun or read a book. It was the perfect central location for us to visit our son who lives in Berkeley. We were able to drive or take the BART to many sights in the area. We took a drive to Napa in less than an hour. Great week!

Flatlanders visit the hills.

Our family took a trip to visit the Bay Area, and we were very excited when we arrived at this home. The view off of the balcony at the rear of the house is beautiful. Our host was so helpful and gave us tips on how to get around while we were visiting. The home was well taken care of, and all the items needed for our stay were in place when we arrived. Check in was very simple, as was checking out when we had to start on our way back home. I would recommend this home, and host to anyone thinking about visiting San Francico

Spacious house for 3 generations with panorama SF Bay view

We were a grandparent couple, a daughter, son-in-law, and their two daughters (12 and 10). 3 bedrooms, 2 baths all located away from the living quarters worked well. Separate area with large screen TV great for the kids. The view from dining, living, and deck of SF Skyline, GG Bridge, Angel Island, Raccoon Strait, Mt. Tamalpais can't be better. Owner/host very responsive, and helpful.

Comfortable and Accommodating

This property was perfect for us - my spouse, adult son and my sister and her spouse. We were attending a wedding at a nearby country club and enjoying the region. The rooms had comfortable beds and linens. There were ample towels and washcloths. We generally just ate breakfast there and the kitchen was well-equipped. There was enough hot water for numerous showers (instant demand hot water heater).

Everything fine. Very clean. Quote neighborhood. Water pressure low as pretty much on top of the hills but a spectacular view from master bedroom and balcony. This rental is for the top floor of the building, there is someone living in the lower floor but as build on a hill you still have a yard to the front side and a spectacular balcony view from the backside (SFO skyline and golden gate bridge).

Fantastic Condo/Home

The Condo was Beautiful with 2 gorgeous super comfortable living rooms, 3 bedrooms with windows that could open, 2 bathrooms and a wonderful spacious kitchen and 2 eating areas. We loved the super comfortable sofas and the large screen T.V. The Deck overlooked the Bay, Mt. Tam and San Francisco and the Bay Bridge and Golden Gate Bridge It was Stunning! There was a lovely patio with a grill in the front and the living room doors opened to it. We felt like we were in someone's beautiful home. El Cerrito was a beautiful and safe area with lovely homes everywhere.There were security cameras on the condo and house lights popped on as we entered the driveway. Fassil was a wonderful host who answered our questions immediately. We can't wait to return the next time we visit our daughter who is Veterinarian in Berkeley. This is truly a Home away from Home! Thank You! Thank You! for a Marvelous Stay!!

Struttura carina, bagni da rivedere ( poca acqua dai rubinetti) camere vecchiotte ma comunque tutto molto pulito. La casa è ben collegata con la città attraverso la Bart che comunque dista circa 3 km. Nessun supermercato raggiungibile a piedi se non un piccolo market molto caro a circa 500 metri

Comfortable, large house with a great host

Fassil was a great, responsive host. We rented the upstairs portion of the house which we liked very much. It's quite scenic to overlook the bay. I'd definitely stay here again. One thing- we couldn't use more than one appliance in the kitchen at the same time as that would cause a circuit overload. Overall the house is maintained well.

Perfect El Cerrito Home

Everything we needed

A home from home with just about everything you need in the kitchen, lots of dining and sofa space. Keyless Check In was very easy with no chance of losing the keys during your stay. On a clear day the view was amazing. Would highly recommend.

Spacious house with beautiful view of Dan Francisco and the bay.

Comfortable house with everything we needed for a long weekend in the Bay Area. The furniture and the beds were comfortable. We especially loved the deck, the cool evening breeze and the view from the dining room while we ate. The owner is very accomodating and responsive. We would stay there again.
