The Space:
Live in luxury at this stunning 3-storey home in the heart of Coolum. Situated in an elevated position, the home offers unrivalled views of the coastline and hinterland alike. This architectural masterpiece features exquisite touches such as an indoor, vertical garden, a large glass wall and modern furnishings. Elegant and exquisite, the master bedroom is exposed in a loft-life design to maximise the magical views let in by floor to ceiling windows. Settle into the rooftop terrace complete with a slow-growing grass garden and soak up the surreal views.

The kitchen, dining and master bedroom are located on the entry level of the home. Boasting beautiful views of the indoor garden wall and the exquisite exterior outlook, the kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances including a dishwasher, electric stove/oven, microwave, coffee machine and family sized fridge. Furnished with polished concrete, the kitchen and dining area is complete with plenty of seating such as a dining table fit for up to eight people.

The loft-like master bedroom is exquisite and features a plush king bed. Extending off from this room is an ensuite complete with a free-standing bath, shower and toilet.

The lower level of the home features the other two bedrooms, a study nook, the main bathroom and the living room.

Bedroom two: Furnished to perfection, this room features a comfortable queen bed.

Bedroom three: Equipped with another queen bed, this bedroom is styled beautifully.

The living room is luxurious and elegant with seating for six, a 75-inch smart tv and a gorgeous, vertical, self-watering garden. Not only does this garden provide visual appeal but also improves air-quality within the home.

The top level of the home is equipped with an expansive rooftop entertaining area that offers unrivalled views. This stunning spot allows you to see the sunrise and the sunset alike. Complete with a kitchenette, this space features a dining table and alfresco seating as well as a garden with slow growing Zoysia Matrella grass. Indulge in a coffee or cocktail and watch the world go by from this perfect viewing platform.

The exterior of the home is extraordinary with a sparkling pool and a sunny deck that is the perfect place to sit, relax and read a book. Surrounded by lush tropical gardens, this home is hidden amongst the hinterland and the beautiful coastline of Coolum Beach.

The double lock up garage provides secure parking for up to two cars. Extending from this garage is the laundry which is equipped with a washer and dryer.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, with a double garage. There is also free street parking available.

The Neighborhood:
Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, the home is positioned perfectly for a Coolum beach escape. A short 5-minute drive will take you to Coolum Beach. If you’re up for the climb, Mount Coolum is a 5-minute drive.

Getting Around:
The closest beach (Coolum Beach) is a 5-minute drive away and is great for swimming, surfing, kite surfing or paddle boarding. Coolum is central to an array of fabulous shops, cafes, restaurants and the renowned Coolum Surf Club with beautiful ocean views. There is also a supermarket, medical practice, library and skatepark all close by. Coolum Beach is perfectly positioned with access to local parks and playgrounds, plus kilometres of cycling and walking tracks. The beachside town of Coolum is located almost halfway between Maroochydore and Noosa Heads and is a lovely location to spend time with family and friends exploring the Sunshine Coast.

Other Things to Note:
*Please note the fire pit is ONLY available during the fire-safe season of the winter months. It is unavailable for use during the hot summer months due to high winds, making it unsafe for guests and the surrounding area. Not to be used on windy days in summer and winter.

*Please note there is a new estate currently under construction across the valley in the outlook of the home.

*Pet-friendly for dogs - upon application, a $50 pet booking fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking.

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.

*Please note the home receives lovely sea breezes and there is no air-conditioning.

Bed Bugs and filthy.
I had high expectations for this property, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a complete disaster. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed that the house was in a dirty and unkempt state. The pool was filthy and clearly had not been cleaned in quite some time. To make matters worse, there were cigarette butts scattered across the upstairs grass area, which was both unsightly and unhygienic.The backyard was entirely inaccessible due to the overgrown and unmaintained state of the grounds, which was incredibly disappointing as we had hoped to enjoy the outdoor space. However, the most alarming issue was the presence of bed bugs in the downstairs rooms. Despite reporting these issues to the property manager, we were met with indifference and a complete lack of care or responsibility. The lack of action and concern from the management was appalling. We were forced to cut our holiday short due to these unacceptable conditions. The experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I will never rent through this company again.

I had high expectations when I paid 1600 a night for this property, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a complete disaster. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed that the house was in a dirty and unkempt state. The pool was filthy and clearly had not been cleaned in quite some time. However, the most alarming issue was the presence of BED BUGS in the downstairs rooms. This not only ruined our stay but also posed a serious health risk. My daughters suffered from bite infections that required medical treatment, adding further stress to our already ruined holiday.Despite reporting these issues to the property manager, we were met with indifference and a complete lack of care or responsibility. The lack of action and concern from the management was appalling. We were forced to cut our holiday short due to these unacceptable conditions, leading to a significant loss of time, money, and peace of mind.I strongly advise against renting this property or using this company’s services. The experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I will never rent through this company again.
