Due to the location of the properties, smoking is strongly discouraged around the home and strictly prohibited in the home. Fireworks are prohibited at a Freshwater location for the safety of all persons in and around the property, even if it is legal in that city.

Fishing: Fishing off of the bridge or community dock is a must for fisherman here! Largemouth Bass, Northern Pike, and Tiger Muskie are catch and release. Bluegill, Pumkinseed, Perch, and Sunfish are limit of 25.

Golf: Yes!! There are 3 private golf courses that guests can use(green and cart fees will apply) Please call and get Tee times at least a week before.
