The camera actively records video when motion is detected by the device (including devices linked to the camera such as the alarm system’s motion detector) or when the video doorbell button is pressed
- NOTE: A private/assigned boat slip with a power lift could be available for guest use for boats or jet skis. If interested, kindly contact the designated guest contact upon receiving your check-in isntructions prior to arrival to discuss the details. This will include the following: a separate 'Boat Slip Agreement' that outlines the terms and conditions, the use of the community's private boat launch (recommended for boats 23ft or less), and a private boat slip featuring a 12,000-pound lift with power and water. In addition to these amenities, there is ample boat trailer parking on the property outside the front entrance
