Unit 5 Shoreline has recently been renovated with stylish Hybrid flooring throughout and comfortable furnishings. The bonus of a top floor unit with water views looking through too Little Beach and filtered water views through the treetops to Shoal Bay beach from the front balcony.
As soon as you enter the open plan living area, you will notice the space and luxury, the living area features a relaxing lounge suit, free unlimited Wi-Fi, large Smart TV, and ceiling fans to push the natural sea breeze through the unit via the front and back balconies. The front balcony opens out from the living area and has superb water views looking down too Little Beach and caters for alfresco dining.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities including electric cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, family size fridge/ freezer and a Nescafe KFee coffee pod machine with pods provided.
Two bedrooms both with ceiling fans and built in robes, the main bedroom also has access to the front balcony to allow the breeze to flow through. The bathroom is completely renovated and has a rainwater shower, vanity, front loader washing machine and dryer. The toilet is located separately to the bathroom.
The property provides a single shared garage area and single off street car space, located a quick 30 second walk to beautiful Shoal Bay beach or 1 minute walk to the popular Little Beach which has a fabulous swimming area for children, boat ramp, fantastic kids play area, great restaurant and bar with spectacular sunsets and a fantastic fish and chip take away shop. Wests Diggers Club is only a 10-minute walk away.

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
