Nice place

Sea Haven. unit one was clean, modern and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again. My only complaint was inadequate Wi-Fi; the 5G we were promised was not available.

Great Stay

This is the third time we have stayed at this lovely property, it’s perfect! Close to everything in Rockaway and enough space for a family of 4 plus 2 dogs. Highly recommend!

From the East coast to the West coast

We flew in from Florida and we wanted to stay at a cozy place and this was just perfect. It was close enough to everything we wanted to see on this side of the coast. We are now continuing our trip down to the middle and south areas of the coast. The beds were so comfortable!

Birthday Vacation

Was pleasantly surprised with the cottage, within walking distance of everything, rented this for granddaughter's 8th birthday celebration, I'm from Louisiana, the other grandma is from Georgia, my son & granddaughter live in Oregon City, we all love the beach, so this was the perfect place. My son & I decided to try renting the cottage anytime I come out west, the price was very reasonable, also. All in all, I give a 10 star rating. Completely happy!!!

Value for the area

This is an older property, needs remodeling (especially bathroom) and refreshing. Having said that, we would stay here again. We booked #1 and it was roomy and comfortable. We cooked all meals from scratch (and had all we needed). Would have loved to see flowers hanging from the hooks ( hooks already present) like all the other properties in town. But, like stated, good value for the area, which we truly enjoyed!

I thought the place was quite pleasant.It was it felt like home In some ways, bright, sunny.Being in the unit closest to highway 101 that's a little noisy but I lived by a noisy street so it didn't affect me too much. Every block has beach access and they had a fire pit on-site.It was quite enjoyable.

The location is great - 2 short blocks from the beach. It has a cottage feel and the beds are comfy. The full kitchen was really appreciated. The only negative was the upholstered furniture. It is stained and dirty.

Great location, just two blocks from the beach

Not particularly glamorous and a little small in the sleeping quarters, but had all the amenities I could ask for. We didn’t spend much time in the rooms or the unit, but when we did it was comfortable and quiet. Appliances could use some updating but overall a nice stay. If you are staying in Rockaway Beach, give this place a try. Good price points, great location, and friendly people in the area. Be nice to people and they will return the favor!

Perfect spot for a medium sized family!

We were able to nab this spot a couple weeks before we stayed. We just needed to find a place to sleep for the night for a quick trip to the coast! It was nice to find a place that would fit all 5 of us + our dog. The Sea Haven lives up to its name. It’s a few blocks from the coast and right next to quick shopping for anything you need at the beach. Unit 1 has lots of space and we would for sure stay again!

Excellent little beach condo in a great location

The condo was larger than we expected! 1 bedroom with a king sized bed, 2nd room with a double. Comfy couch, full kitchen and dining room. The bedrooms are small, but really only needed for sleeping. The living area was excellent space for hanging out. The proximity to the beach, restaurants, markets, all fantastic and walking distance! We would definitely stay again.

Was comfy but wouldn't stay again

This was our second time at this property in a different unit. This stay the unit was freshly mopped and was wet when we checked in. We had to open windows to let the smell out. The place was clean and we'll stocked. The sheets hadn't been changed in the main bedroom. There was hair and weird stains on the sheets and blankets. My husband and I found blankets in a cabinet and slept on top of the covers the first night. We messaged the hosts in the morning who coordinated getting us fresh bedding on our second day. The overall property is aged with lots of little blemishes. It wasn't enough for us not to try again after the first stay but the dirty bedding was enough for us not to book here again.
