Great location and clean too!

We had a wonderful time at this rental. Our host was very responsive and helpful.The house was perfectly located and very clean. The beds were very good. On the downside, the house is not very well stocked with dishes. There is only fruit jars to drink out of. Also, the furniture in the living room needs to be replaced. There is one couch that is very difficult to sit in. We ended up going to Walmart and buying lawn chairs to sit in rather than sit on the couch. Other than those issues, this is a really great place.

Great Location

We were in Reno for a winter graduation at UNR. This house was perfect, close to everything, especially campus. The house is so spacious and very pet friendly, even caught beautiful pictures of sunset and sunrise from backyard! The booking/check in process was straight forward, easy parking, and house was clean. Thanks for a great stay, would definitely recommend!

Reno Thanksgiving 2024

Property was nice but the living room furniture was in poor condition with only one couch. Definitely needs more seating accommodation in the living room. Kitchen was very nice and had plenty of pots and pans. Bedrooms were adequate. Enjoyed the open floor plan!

Nice place, just needs some cleanliness attention

The place is very nice. The kitchen and accommodations were great. Views were amazing. It needs some character and maybe some board games or something. We found some socks from another guest on the floor and some of the dishes still had food on them. Overall awesome place.

The renovated kitchen and master bathroom were wonderful! Very convenient to visiting our daughter who attends UNR. Loved having our doggie family member join us too!

Perfect location for Balloon races

We were planning on going to the balloon races but little did we know we were going to have a balloon land on our cul de sac. It was the most awesome experience ever. The house was clean, air conditioner perfect, yard was secure for our small dog. Would love to see seating for six in the living room. Maybe an end table.

Good property

Overall I was very happy with this property. It was very clean and was easy to get anywhere in town. Problems like a light not working addressed with the manager were addressed promptly. Bed and pillows were comfortable. It was quiet and has a beautiful view of the valley and mountains. My only issue is that the kitchenware (pots and pans) were really beat up/scratched and should be replaced. I would suggest to the owner an inventory of what is there and be more intentional about it. There are things that don't make sense (a whisk for a kitchen aid mixer- no mixer) and basic things (a vegetable peeler or sharper table knifes/steak knives) that weren't there.

Great House and Location

Stayed here for my daughters college graduation. The property is 6 minutes away which made is absolutely smooth for us to get there. House is very spacious and clean really enjoyed it as well as the doggy run that was accessible for our pup. Thank you

Perfect house, will stay again.

I feel like I wasn’t prepared for how nice this house is. The check in process was easy once I figured out the unlocking part. The kitchen is big and remodeled and the entire house was super clean. The ac and heater both work great. The master shower is great for couples who want to save some time and shower together or if you have multiple kids to bathe. They have a dog door in one of the bedrooms and the backyard has great lighting so I could see my dogs out there. The whole house is tile so wear some socks lol. And there is plenty of parking if needed. Will definitely be staying here again when we visit Reno. No pack n play or crib or highchair for baby just fyi for any parents traveling.

Great house & proximity

The property was clean and well kept. We stayed for a week and I loved the kitchen. Floor plan is open so it was easy to interact with others. Careful, there are 5 steps to get to bathrooms and bedrooms. I highly recommend this property.

Did the trick

Stayed a few nights to visit family in the area. The house is as described with the exception that the rooms are very small and the beds seem to be doubles not queens. The kitchen is nicely equipped with everything you need to cook a meal and clean up afterwards. Two downsides the towels provided smell of mildew as though they were left in the washer damp and there were peppers under the kitchen sink that appeared to be rodent bait.My one year old grandson and my dog were with is so a little scary. Other than that view is nice check in was smooth.I would stay here again if issues were resolved.

Realxing stay

Appon arriving the house doesnt look like much but as soon as you enter its a diffrent story. There is a big living area beautifull kitchen and dining area. The rooms are a boog size and the beds are comfy. The master bathroom is nice and the shower is amazing. We had dogs and they had a. Ig bAck yard and also a dog run where they can stay in. They also have doggy doors. Overal the house was amazing we all enjoyed our stay and will definitley be staying here again.

Clean and Comfy

The house was super clean which we really appreciated! Beds were very comfortable as well. Unfortunately there was a LOT of dog poop in the back yard. I had to pick up 27 piles before we could let our pups out in the yard. I let the owner/manager know and he apologized for the mess. If you plan to stay in this home you will need to bring your own bath soap and a hair dryer. Neither were provided. First time I’ve stayed in a vacation rental where I had to provide my own bath soap and hair dryer. I reached out to the owner/manager asking if either was available, thinking maybe I just didn’t look in the right place, but he never got back to me so I drove down to the store and picked up both items. Sofa could use a good cleaning - we covered it with extra sheets we found. Also, oddly there were no drinking glasses. There were wine glasses and beer mugs but no regular glasses. Just old jars. Would we stay here again? Based on the cleanliness of the home and the comfy beds, yes! And it was a great location as well.

Comfy and Clean

The location of the home couldn’t have been better. Very close to where we needed to be each day for our softball tournament. Our instructions told us we could check in after 3:00. We arrived at 3:30 and had to wait almost 40 minutes to get inside because the cleaners were still there. Not a huge inconvenience but we’d driven 8+ hours to get there and REALLY wanted to relax. The interior of the home was spotless and we appreciated that. This is a dog friendly home so I always inspect the yard to make sure previous guests have picked up after their dogs. Much to my dismay I had to pick up 27 piles of poop in the yard! Not how I wanted to start our vacation but didn’t want my dogs out there walking around in all that. I did text the owner and he got back to me and apologized. Be advised that the owner does not provide bath soap or hair dryer so you’ll need to bring your own. I texted the owner the evening we arrived inquiring about those two items but he never responded so we just went out and bought soap and a hair dryer. I’ve never stayed at a rental home that didn’t have those items available for guests. It worked out okay but now I have an extra hair dryer I don’t need! Would I stay here again? Absolutely! It was SO clean and the beds were all very comfortable. The sofa probably needs to be replaced but that didn’t bother us much as we didn’t spend much time on it. Also, there were plenty of wine glasses and beer mugs but no regular drinking glasses. Just a lot of old jars.
