Designed for privacy and comfort, the home features three bedrooms downstairs and a primary suite upstairs, with ceiling fans in every room. Unwind in the primary suite, stretching out on the king bed or sinking into the recliner with a great book. Refresh in the spa-like ensuite, where dual rainfall showers and a freestanding soaking tub offer the perfect way to end your day. Escape to the second queen-sized bedroom downstairs, watching your favourite shows on the wall-mounted TV, or refreshing in the second ensuite after a long day. Settle into bedrooms three and four, each featuring a queen bed and built-in wardrobe. Indulge in a relaxing soak in the main bathroom’s freestanding bathtub or rinse off in the sleek shower. Please note the garage door opens outwards and not upwards. Please ensure the cars on the driveway are not parked too close to the door.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
