Willkommen bei Unit 1604 auf den Fairways in Mauna Lani! Dies ist der größte Grundriss mit 1646 SF 2 Schlafzimmern. Beide Schlafzimmer befinden sich im Obergeschoss und bieten einen ruhigen Schlafbereich, der vom Wohnbereich im Erdgeschoss getrennt ist. Sie verfügen jeweils über ein eigenes Badezimmer und eignen sich somit perfekt für zwei Paare! Es gibt auch eine Gästetoilette im Erdgeschoss. Diese luxuriöse Wohnanlage befindet sich zwischen dem Fairmont Orchid und dem Mauna Lani Bay Hotel. Es ist nur ein kurzer Spaziergang zu den Geschäften in Mauna Lani, wo es viele Restaurants gibt, darunter Tommy Bahamas und den Gourmet-Markt Foodland Farms.

Als Gast haben Sie Zugang zum exklusiven Mauna Lani Beach Club, zwei 18-Loch-Meisterschaftsgolfplätzen und dem Mauna Lani Sport- und Fitnessclub mit 6 Tennisplätzen. Der private Strandclub ist wunderschön und äußerst praktisch.
Einfach ein Handtuch schnappen und los geht's! Es gibt dort Chaiselongues und Cabanas sowie das unglaubliche Restaurant Napua. Der wunderschöne weiße Sandstrand bietet erstklassiges Schnorcheln, bei dem die Fische und Schildkröten spielen. Während der Saison können Sie Wale beobachten, die direkt am Strand tummeln. Das Fairways verfügt auch über einen eigenen Fitnessraum, einen weitläufigen Poolbereich und einen Whirlpool mit Wasserfall. Strandtücher, Schnorchelausrüstung, Boogie-Boards. Liegestühle und Kühlboxen stehen zu Ihrer Verfügung.

Vor kurzem haben wir uns den Traum erfüllt, Inseleigentümer zu werden. Die Arbeiten an dieser Luxuseinheit wurden in den letzten Jahren abgeschlossen. Es gibt neue Fußböden und Teppiche und es wurde durchgehend gestrichen. Es wurde unmöbliert gekauft, so dass alle Möbel, Fernseher, Bettwäsche, Geschirr und Kunstwerke neu sind. Wir hoffen, dass wir in Zukunft hier wohnen können, deshalb haben wir es als unsere persönliche Residenz eingerichtet und dekoriert. Bis wir den Übergang schaffen können, laden wir Sie ein, während Ihres Urlaubs unser Zuhause zu teilen.

This condo is so very comfortable. Everything you need to prepare meals or go on a beach adventure is provided. This is our third visit to the “ Big Island” and this condo has been our best so far. The pool is big with plenty of lounging chairs. There are so many beaches within minutes of the complex. Looking forward to our next visit.

This 2 story condo in the Mani Lani Fairways is extremely well appointed and had the best supply of kitchen staples of any place. Having a grill on the lanai is very handy.The only downside was the lighting. The only place with adequate light for reading was in the kitchen – not the spot to curl up with a book.

Paradise Indeed!!

We have stayed in Mauna Lani many times now-it is our favorite area of the Island to get some rest and relaxation. This rental was just as described. Really perfect! Ron was very timely in our communications. He made us feel very welcomed.

This is a great property. Well maintained within a wonderful resort community. Great kitchen.

We loved staying here. Great access to beach and pool. Access to all the dining at the Fairmont Ochard. Well equiped kitchen. Liked having the two bedrooms on the second floor. Very spacious living area. Ron was very accommondating.

VRBO: Maybe you could explain what does not confirm. Thank You! The condo was exactly as advertised. We were impressed with the cleanliness as well as how well stocked the unit was. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need if you do a lot of cooking. The unit's location is very quiet and secluded yet very near to the community pool. Ron, our host, was easily accessible and very accommodating.

Paradise

This was our 4th time staying in this community and we absolutely love it. The condo was perfect! It's the larger 2-bedroom so you never feel crowded, and there's plenty of storage to hide your suitcases, etc. Everything was very clean. The kitchen was well-stocked. The best part was the beach toys are well-stocked too! We were able to use the snorkel equipment at the local beach and had amazing views of the sea life without driving far or taking a group tour. The boogie boards were handy for Hapuna beach just a few miles north. The pool and hot tub are awesome when you don't feel like getting sandy, and the pool is a great size. Everything in the area is well-maintained. Can't wait to return!!

Great condo in a great location!

We rented two condo units for a family reunion on the Kohala Coast and the units were both fabulous! They are spacious, modern and well appointed, and the owner had them stocked with everything we could possibly need, even including snorkeling gear and beach toys for the kids. The units are located close to the large swimming pool and within walking distance of the Mauna Lani Beach and Beach Club to which we had full access. Our family of ten (6 adults and 4 children) had a fantastic time on the Big Island and these wonderful condos made it all that more pleasant. We can’t wait to return!

Very nice property!

Everything was in order and ready for us as soon as we arrived. The property is well maintained, kitchen is very well stocked and with quality items from cookware to dishes/glassware and flatware. Very comfortable sleeping, ample towels both bath and beach towels, shampoo, etc. Overall very nice and comfortable stay.

Wonderful Location

Thank you so much for opening you doors and allowing to stay at your vacation rental! Honestly the unit is even more beautiful in person! We all commented that we would all return back next time we visit the big island! The unit was very clean and had everything we needed from all kitchen utensils (in great condition) to beach chairs, snorkel gear, sun umbrellas and beach towels… we were able to use the BBQ grill (3x) to cook dinner. The beach club was perfect as well, beautiful private beach, in which beach chairs are provide and great restaurant to eat during lunch. In the evenings, we enjoyed returning back to our unit and hanging out in the complex’s swimming pool and hot tub. Thank you and look forward to returning in our next visit!

Fabulous Stay at Puako

This is a wonderful condo within the Mauna Lani resort. The condo itself was great, clean, and very spacious. We loved having the beach chairs and snorkel equipment in the garage for us. The resort is great with at least four different beaches to swim off of. The Mauna Lani Beach Club, which this property had guest access to, was the best of the bunch for us. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Beautiful place, quiet community

Wonderful experience. Unit was super clean and well maintained and stocked with everything needed. Check-in was seemless. Great pool that we had practically to ourselves. Hit the private beach a few times. Little bit of a drive to get back into Kona, but not too bad. Would come here again for sure.

It Is A Little Piece of Paradise!

The condos in the Mauna Lani complex are wonderful. We have stayed in every complex over the years, and the Fairways is great. The best part is the "private" beach which can be used by any of the Mauna Lani condos. It really feels like your own space and is an awesome snorkel spot. The condo was just as depicted in the photos: roomy, clean, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, very short walk to the beautiful pool, use of many beach toys and chairs, and walking distance to the Shops at the Mauna Lani. We would definitely stay in 1604 Fairways again!

Nice house. Convenient location

The house is exactly as described. Many items are available, such as salt, olive oil, shampoo etc. Location is very convenient as it close to most of the resorts/golf courses in the Kona side. If I have to find anything negative, I would suggest to have a couple more bath towels so we don’t have to wash them almost every day.

Great Place

We stayed here during the Covid 19 stay in place order. It was wonderful relaxing space. The condo backs up to the garden green space and path to the pool (which was closed but looked wonderful). We had 2 kids under 6 with us and the got to run outside without worry of running into cars. The Condo was spacious and well supplied. It was a pleasant way to pass some of our shelter in place time.

Fantastic beach condo!

Our family of three (couple and child) loved every aspect of our stay at this condo! The layout was wonderful with living and kitchen on main level and two bedrooms on the second floor. Having both bedrooms on the same level felt more safe for a young child, but the separation down a hall was also perfect privacy. Each bedroom having their own bath was also great. The beds were comfortable and overhead fans in each room meant we only used the a/c on a couple of the warmest nights. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing all meals and we appreciated the extras already provided like, condiments, spices, foil wrap, etc. We made a lot of use of the outdoor lanai for meals and lounging. The community pool was very close and a large size with shallow areas to accommodate little ones. I think the biggest benefit of condos at Manua Lani is the owners beach which is a short drive away with ample parking. We went there nearly every day and enjoyed snorkelling and paddle boarding. The lounge chairs, cabanas, and restaurant gave it a luxury resort feel and it never felt too crowded. One last note is that we had other family members rent the three bedroom property two doors down with the same owner and it was also a fantastic property and so great to be just steps away from each other. We definitely hope to return to this property in the future!

Terrific condo in Wailea

This was our second stay here and we loved it as much this time as the last time. I can't say enough about the peacefulness of the upstairs master bedroom suite (including balcony where my husband spent a good deal of time reading and enjoying nature), and the downstairs lanai where we had most of our meals. We also appreciated the proximity to the pool and hot tub, which we used every evening. The Mauna Lani Beach Club was a welcome retreat when every beach on the West side of the Island was closed for 2 days due to an (infrequent) swell. This condo had everything we needed to cook and barbecue, visit the beach, and enjoy our week on the Big Island. Hosts were communicative and accommodating to our needs. We will return!

Very comfortable stay

Ron was great. Place very clean and comfortable. Beds very comfortable and I am tough to please! Incredible value. Food walking distance away with upscale shopping center and grocery store too!
