Beautiful 4 Bed Home on Highlands Reserve

The Home:

This home is a lovely 5 bedroom villa situated in the very popular community of Highlands Reserve. With two separate living areas, open plan dining and kitchen along with the relaxing pool area, there is a ton of space for the whole family to chill and enjoy their vacation.

The home opens up into a welcome area, with the first living space on the left and the front bedroom furnished with a sofa bed and computer desk. Walk further into the home to find the second larger living area inside a big space consisting also of the open plan dining area with table and fully equipped kitchen. Just off to the right as you enter the second living area is the large master bedroom and en-suite.

Walk through the dining area to the far side of the house where will find the three remaining bedrooms, which are made up by two full double sized bedrooms and a Mickey Mouse themed twin bedroom.

The childrens favorite part of the house is accessible through the patio door at the back of the living room, the pool area!! This is the perfect place for the group to relax and make the most out of the trip. The private pool and yard area has privacy hedging in place and plenty of seating inside the covered bug protected lanai.

This stunning home is just 15-20 minutes from any of the Disney World entrances and only 30-35 minutes from Sea World and Universal Studios so you will not have to spend too much of your vacation time travelling to the biggest attractions. The local US192 is also just 5 minutes away where you will find a huge array of shops, restaurants and activities.


The community:

Highlands Reserve is a very popular vacation rental community just north of Davenport, Florida. It is a golfing community and boasts a fantastic 18 hole golf course in and around the estate. With great traffic links to the Interstate I4 and the US192, all places of interest are no more than an hour away. This includes Orlando International Airport (45 mins), Sandford International Airport (approx 1 hour) and Tampa International Airport (1 hour).
