The primary bedroom has a king bed and access to a full bathroom. The living room provides additional bedding with a standard sleeper sofa and a twin bed in a convenient nook. The open concept living, dining, and kitchen areas provide a fabulous space to socialize with family and friends while enjoying games, puzzles, and old family stories when you aren't catching a wave or sunbathing on the beach.

Known for it's well kept grounds with BBQ grills and picnic tables, oceanfront salt water swimming pool and deck, and private beach access, Sea Colony provides an inviting recreational area with a large grassy area for the enjoyment of all guests.

While visiting Carolina Beach during the summer, make sure to visit the Boardwalk, it has fun for all ages, or take in a movie at the lake on Sunday evenings and no one should go home without trying Britt's Donuts, it's located on the Boardwalk. The NC Aquarium at nearby Kure Beach is open all year, the kids especially enjoy the touching pond.

Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events.
