If you’re bringing your own set of wheels to explore the Joshua Tree area, this home includes convenient off-street parking though the garage is not for cars.

Visitors come to the High Desert for its unique landscape, culture, and recreational opportunities, as well as for the weather - hot and dry summers and mild winters at our high altitude. Joshua Tree and the communities surrounding the Joshua Tree National Park include Flamingo Heights, Pioneertown, Morongo Valley, Yucca Valley, and Landers. You’ll be close to all the action at Le Tout Petit. Some of our favorite options available to you:

–Joshua Tree National Park: 800,000 acres of mystical beauty - Joshua Tree National Park is one of the world’s most incredible natural desert treasures. Sweeping, grand in scale and populated by granite monoliths and voluptuous rock and boulder formations. This quiet land, conducive to meditation and roaming, was carved by extremes in climate - wind, rain and an ever-present, relentless sun. Diverse forms of plant life are found everywhere, but none as unique or prevalent as the park’s namesake: the Joshua tree, standing majestically across the vast topography.

–Pioneertown: Step back in time to thus rustic Old West-style village. Wander through the historic buildings, visit unique shops, catch a live music performance at Pappy & Harriets, and experience the Wild West charm.

• The Integratron: New age-y healing destination with a sound bath, originally designed by ufologist George Van Tassel with the goal of reversing the aging process.

** Cleaning Protocols ***
As the only professional management company in the area, we have always maintained exceptional cleaning standards. We pay above the living wage standards; 100% of your cleaning fee is paid to the cleaners (i.e. no profit to us) and we insist on a professional level of cleaning between guests. We love the High Desert for a lot of reasons - including the open spaces, lack of crowds, and dry weather that we believe make it a safe place to visit

Guest Access:
► GENERAL: As guests, you can enjoy full access to the entire home. Only registered guests are allowed unless specifically agreed upon during the booking process.

► PARKING: Free parking is available for 4 vehicles in the large driveway.

► WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the home for any remote workers in your group.

► FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a Pack ’n play/travel crib, children's books, toys and dinnerware, and even babysitter recommendations! / Please request in advance

► PETS: Your dog is welcome, and there is a one-time fee of $100. Please alert us in advance. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed per booking.

Joshua Tree Village offers a quirky, eclectic, and vibrant collection of unique High Desert shops, restaurants, and music venues – all within easy walking distance of each other.

When you’re ready to explore, Joshua Tree National Park’s West Entrance is an 8-minute drive away.

You can find great eats, drinks, shops, and things to do within steps of your front door. Here are a few recommendations:
• Start your day at Joshua Tree Coffee Co., known for their famed coffee made from locally roasted beans (6-minute walk)
• Marvel at the handiwork at the World Famous Crochet Museum (3-minute walk)

Getting Around:
While we are located in Joshua Tree Village, many roads in the high desert are dirt, so please take it slow. While a car is required to get around, a four wheel drive car is not, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain.

Our property manager, Homestead Modern, is local and has staff available from 9am-9pm.
