You’ll savor stunning views even while doing your daily routine in the fitness center. Enjoy endless beach days of fine white sand and gentle waves just steps from your door! - A KITCHEN that has the basics that you’d need to prepare homemade dishes. We’ve included a coffee maker with some coffee to get you started and a blender to prepare some afternoon mixers.
- A 2-top DINING TABLE for enjoying a sit-down meal or working on the laptop.
- 1 with KING bed and 1 FULL BATHROOM to accommodate 2 guests.
- A PRIVATE BALCONY with a table & 2 chairs for enjoying a morning coffee and people watching.

The Neighborhood:
The property is conveniently located in the heart of Playa del Carmen and along the highway that runs from Cancun to Tulum making it easy for you to get to groceries, shopping, attractions, activities, super fun nightlife, and beaches of powder-white sand along this stretch of Mexico if you decide that you want to venture out. Playa del Carmen has unlimited restaurants that offer cuisine from all over the world and endless activities and things to do, there’s something for everyone guaranteed!
The property is just a block from the beach and within walking of some of the best beach clubs that Playa has to offer! Here are some of our favorites:

Getting Around:
The studio is located in the Menessee condo complex which is about 55 km | 34 mi from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). The best way to arrive is to prearrange transportation or a rental car. If you don’t feel like renting a car and driving, taxis are always available, just be sure to take registered taxis only. We are happy to help you arrange transportation, just let us know!
Also, if you do decide to be driving around Playa, be aware there are PARKING METERS in effect from Monday to Sunday, 10 am to 10 pm. You have to look for the parking kiosk, pay, and display your receipt on your car’s dashboard. Luckily, this property is so centrally-located you can easily walk to many places in town. For any sightseeing or activity further away, you can easily rent a bike, take a taxi, or go by ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride vans) where you need to go.

This property is located in the hub of downtown and there is a potential to hear common city noise.
All the appliances in the apartment are electrical; there is no gas.
We do supply some bath essentials to get you started, like some toilet paper, shampoo, and soap. Just note these items are not replenished.
Mid-stay cleaning can be requested and provided for a fee.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 30 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking of any kind inside the property (tobacco, cannabis, etc) or the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed

This is a self-check-in unit. You will be given all necessary access codes and instructions within 24 hours of your estimated arrival.
