The floor is luxuriously covered with soft carpeting, which will comfort your tired feet.

Prepare dinner in no time as the kitchen is complete with all the necessary appliances you will need to cook delectable meals. The inviting dining area, which includes a round dining table and three fine upholstered dining chairs, is the perfect place to share delicious meals prepared in your own kitchen with your loved one.

Cuddle up in the king bed all throughout the day, as it comes fitted with a comfy mattress, hotel-quality linens, and soft pillows for your overall comfort. The space comes complete with a bedside table and lamps on both sides, a desk with a cozy chair, and a mirror that serves as both a work area and a vanity.

Aside from this, Dubai Marina is known for being a waterfront community that attracts a lot of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with restaurants and cafe.

The man-made marina is a home for various activities that visitors can enjoy like skydiving and jet-skiing. Dubai Marina is full of entertainment, dining choices, and leisure facilities.

With many choices that the Dubai Marina lay on the table for you to enjoy, you will find that living here for a vacation is such a breath of fresh air.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are frequent in this place to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a tram, train, or a bus, there is a nearby bus stop where Bus 8 goes to Ibn Battuta Metro Station (outside Ibn Battuta Mall), Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, Burj Al Arab Hotel, Wild Wadi, and many more. Bus 84, on the other hand, goes to Jumeirah Beach Residence, Tecom, Al Barsha, and others. While Bus N55 goes to the World Centre Hotel, Dubai Country Club, International City, among many others.

The Jumeirah Beach Residence 1 tram station, meanwhile, is about 2 minutes away if you want to go around JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, or Marina Mall. This connects to the main metro station that can get you around Dubai.

The fastest and easiest way from DXB airport is by taxi (30min, 100 AED). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person).

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
