Named after the beautiful Claret Ash tree, which is a feature during the warmer months, at the back of the cottage.
A heritage-style, double brick cottage, conveniently located close to town. With reverse-cycle air conditioning in the living area to keep you warm in Winter and cool in Summer, a comfortable large couch, small dining table and chairs and a well-stocked kitchenette and pantry.
It has a good-sized ensuite with shower and toilet, 2 built-in wardrobes and a washing machine in the laundry space.
You can enjoy a freshly-made coffee or tea on the front or back patio, sitting in the beautiful sunshine every morning, before heading out for wine-tasting or exploring the Mudgee markets on a weekend.
Quality bedding, towels and furnishings are provided for your ultimate comfort.
The cute cottage fronts busy Douro Street which is the town's by-pass road. Parking is convenient on street and there is also a dedicated space at the rear of the cottage.
You will have full access to the entire cottage, including the back patio. There are front and rear-entry doors.

Mudgee is unique region, being home to many quality wineries and famous vineyards. It also boasts high-quality food venues and of course the area is steeped in history. It is located on Wiradjuri land and the name Mudgee is said to derive from the term "Moothi", meaning 'nest in the hills'.
The town has many unique craft shops, restaurants, churches, pubs and a thriving cafe culture.
A leisurely walk from the cottage to the CBD will take you about 10 minutes, as you admire the beautiful homes and gardens along the way.
If you're driving into town, there is ample parking on the streets of the town and also some public carparks.
