Space
Step into this beautiful home where open living spaces blend effortlessly with stunning designs. Walk through to the open living, kitchen and dining area to be welcomed by luxurious coastal styling, contemporary designs and thoughtful finishes. The space is filled with natural light that pours through the windows along the north-west wall.
The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to satisfy your culinary cravings, with modern appliances, top-notch cookware, and all the essentials at your fingertips. The spacious layout includes island bench seating and a charming 6-seater dining table, making it a cosy spot to enjoy your meals.
The living area is perfect for relaxing, with comfy seating, plenty of reading materials, a desk and a large smart TV for your entertainment. The space flows seamlessly onto the back deck, an ideal spot for gatherings or quiet morning coffees.
Down the hallway, you'll find a handy European laundry neatly tucked away. There are three spacious bedrooms off the hallway, two with queen-sized beds and the master suite with a king-sized bed. All bedrooms have plush bedding and ample built-in wardrobes. The master suite also features a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower for your ultimate comfort.
Further down the hall, the main bathroom offers elegance with a walk-in shower, beautiful designs, and a generously sized bathtub, providing a tranquil space to unwind.

The Neighborhood
Kings Meadows, located 5 kilometres south of Launceston city, is known for its solid 1950’s homes and the beautiful new homes on the hill. The Kings Meadows shopping precinct is one of the largest in Launceston, offering both a Coles and Woolworths, gift shops, delicious cafes and eateries, a fish and chip shop, many amenities and much more.
Looking for some entertainment? The Entombed Escape Rooms are nestled within the area. Enjoy solving your way out of a room full of clues, while racing the clock! Do not be fooled, this isn't as simple as it sounds. Just nearby is the Launceston Lanes Tenpin Bowling Alley. Challenge yourselves to an entertaining round, a competitive game in the arcade, and enjoy some tasty treats whilst enjoying a disco vibe underneath the colourful strobe lights that light the arcade up at night.
Only 7 minutes from the city, it’s an easy drive to town. Launceston City has a variety of exquisite shops, eateries, and recreational grounds such as the beloved City Park, which is known for its beautiful oak tree gardens, playground for the children, a plant-filled conservatory and cheeky snow monkeys.
Whilst in the CBD, make sure to visit the Cataract Gorge, a spectacular natural formation where you can enjoy long and short walks, fresh water swimming basins, the world's longest single-span chairlift and vibrant peacocks! An additional, unique way to experience this attraction is via the Tamar Cruise vessel, which cruises through the waters that carve between the rocky formations.

FREE TIGER BUS: The bus travels around the city. There are bus stops located nearby outside Princes Square Park and the Launceston General Hospital. ELECTRIC SCOOTERS: You will find purple electric scooters scattered around Launceston. To access these, please download the App ‘Beam’. Please wear the helmet provided and be safe!

There is space to park in the driveway where there are two car spaces with turning room, and potential space for a third car.
Please note for longer stays, an additional fortnightly mid stay cleaning charge will apply to your stay.
Please keep your showers to a maximum of 25 minutes at a time to avoid running out of hot water throughout your stay.
