We are situated in a quiet Residence, Oasis. 3 minutes walk to Playa Poppy & 12 minutes walk to the fisherman's village and restaurants of Pueblo Pescadores. Our condo is on the 2nd floor with beautiful views of the complex as well as privacy. Fully equipped kitchen, free (Fibre Optic, December 2021). Living Room / Dinning area , super comfortable couch. Equipped with ceiling fans and air conditioner. The residence is fully gated with onsite security, free parking.

Our "Forever Home" offers you a true feeling is what the Caribbean life is like. We have worked hard to make it into what it is now. We have added a rain forest shower head , local paintings as well as furniture. We have added ceiling fans as well as installed air condition so you can keep cool. Honestly with the fresh sea breeze whisking through the complex you might not need the air condition or fan. We have added screens on the windows and entrance door to keep out any unwanted guests. We have also added on patio furniture for your comfort and for those of you who wish to enjoy the great outdoor fresh air during any time of the day. A sturdy and comfortable bed for restful night sleep. A few other Knick knacks to make you feel right at home. WIFI is available throughout the entire complex and within the unit at no additional charge as well as Fibre Optic Internet . Based on reports, online articles and personal experience, the water can be used to shower with, brush your teeth ( do not swallow or you could get sick)and cook with . We have added for your convenience a hot/cold water dispenser and extra bottles of water can be obtained onsite for $50 pesos or $1 US dollar.

Great for the price

This is an effecient apartment. The grounds and pool are lovely. It's an older complex so with that comes mature gardens and mature accommodation. For what we paid it was worth it. Well stocked kitchen, clean and a comfortable bed.

Perfect place

Realy.The site is close to the beach with a nice palmgrove 10minutes walk away .The site of the property is like a garden with perfect maintenance same for the pool.Quiet at night.The balcony ,and the interior are very cool,with all your needs.The owners and there team are attentive to any request,so realy it is a perfect place to stay.

Oasis heaven

This is our 2nd longish stay. 2 weeks this time and we're returning in March! We adore this property, location, Las Terrenas, our hosts and the Sanana peninsula in general.

Place was very clean. Host was very communicative. Peter that was a friend of host made sure things were done when I called. I will be going back in the future. Highly recommend

Heavenly 10 day vacation!

WAOW! This was a great value vacation with endless relaxation and serenity! The owners are SUPER communicative and accommodating. We had a driver waiting for us at the bus depot and the rental agent waiting for us at the Oasis complex. The grounds and pool are a huge aspect of the property, as is the large balcony overlooking it all. Ceiling fans helped immensely, as it was 87-90F and humid in late August! The apartment amenities were cute and functional and just right for us [I would add a large umbrella and a small cooler for guests to use in the hot season!] The AC at night in the bedroom was a relief as well. I swam for 3 hours every day in the pool. It needed cleaning when we got there and I let the owner know and it was cleaned the next day! It was a quick 5 minute walk to the ocean and very close to the gorgeous Popy beach. Lots of little bars and restos within a 10 minute walk, a liquor store, an ATM and just beyond to the little fisherman's village with lots of little shops, a French boulangerie, a pharmacy and more! We met a great taxi driver who took us to shop at fruit stands, the supermercado and the vet for catfood for the kitties in the compound! The staff in the compound were so sweet and agreed to keep feeding the cats! A lot of construction in neighbouring compounds was noisy in the daytime by the pool and the power goes out very briefly daily and the compound has no generator. Not enough to deter us and we're going back every year!

Oasis, fraîcheur et repos

J’ai été ravie de cet endroit, le condo est joliment et simplement décoré, propre et confortable, tout y est pratique. Un grand balcon ombragé surplombe un terrain paysagé et une piscine rafraîchissante ! Les propriétaires sont avenants, collaborateurs et facile d’approche. La plage Popy à quelques minutes de marche est magnifique et la mer tout autant. Le village à proximité, quoique bruyant, traffic de motos et autres véhicules, est accueillant, petites boutiques et restos, petit super marché. La gentillesse des locaux est surprenante, des gens gentils et souriants ! J’y retournerai certainement.
