Welcome to our Wilmington Island getaway! This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home sleeps 10 and is perfect for family and friends. The Space:
Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital keypad. Upon entry, left of the entryway are the kitchen and dining rooms, and straight ahead is the living room.
Our galley-style kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and dinnerware! Enjoy meals at the dining table with seating for 6.
Through the dining room is the living room- a couch, loveseat, oversized chair, futon, SmartTV, and foosball table complete this space. Off the living room is the sunroom, complete with patio furniture.
Right off the front door are the bedrooms and bathrooms. The first bedroom is the master with two queen beds, a SmartTV, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third has two twin-over-twin bunk beds. The second full bathroom is easily accessible between all bedrooms and has a shower/tub combination.
Head outside to enjoy the fully fenced backyard with a fire pit and charcoal grill!

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.
The Neighborhood:
Our home is located in a residential area, about a mile from groceries and restaurants. Centrally located to the best of everything Savannah has to offer!
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!
Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
