Great View!!!

The property was all it said it would be and more. When we opened the door, the view that greeted us was simply amazing! The condo was very clean and quiet and well stocked with all that was needed. The location was perfect! We have vacationed in Hot Springs for many years and this was my favorite location! We will definitely be back to this property. Highly recommended!

Perfect for 4!

Condo was even better than the description. Nice view of the lake and close to everything in Hot Springs. Bed was comfy and the living room had plenty of space. We hope to do this again next year!

Great Place to Stay in Hot Springs on Lake Hamilton.

Beautiful view. Sunrise and sunsets were breathtaking. Very clean with all the amenities that you should need for your stay. Location is close to Oaklawn Casino and shopping. Host responds very quickly if needed. Will absolutely stay again.

Beautiful Condo and Location

We absolutely loved this condo! Only negative was the downstairs neighbor is a smoker and we couldn't enjoy the balcony because of the smoke coming from below. But the condo and location are wonderful! Will definitely try and book again the next time we are in Hot Springs!

Exceeded Expectations

Unit 8A was exactly as advertised and the view exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect - you can get to downtown HS in less than 10 minutes (especially if you take Higdon Ferry Road). I look forward to staying here again.

Perfect location, beautiful property

This property is in the perfect location right on Lake Hamilton. The view from the deck is Heavenly. This condo is beautiful and was the perfect size for my family of 4. It was clean and we had no problems getting into the gated community or the condo itself. We will book with Will again.

Beautiful View

Beautiful location and view. I love that the condo feels secluded even though it’s fairly close to the main roads through town. The only downside was the lack of necessities that you normally see in a rental. (ie dishwasher soap, paper towels, and detergent)

Mothers Day Stay Beautiful!!!

The view was everything!! 8A was very clean and well stocked!! We had no problems checking in. We was close to everything!! My husband and I are seafood lovers and Red Pier Seafood was amazing a little pricey but well worth it. My husband is a fisherman!! We was able to sit on the boat dock and catch breams with crickets. We will most definitely book again!!

Beautiful Views of the Lake & Very Clean

We stayed in 8A in late June - we took a driving vacation during the pandemic because we needed a change of scenery. This condo was super clean - which is extremely important during this time. The views from the balcony were fantastic - it overlooks Lake Hamilton & faces west - perfect for watching the sun set over the lake. We were a group of 5 - 3 tweens and 2 adults. The size was perfect for us. The 3 kids stayed in the master bedroom because there was more room for the roll away bed to be set up in there. The beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were nice. 2 notes - it’s hard to find initially, because you have to drive up this super steep hill which looks like it doesn’t lead anywhere. The association pool closes at 6:30 now because it is monitored by an employee due to pandemic restrictions. Only 10 people are allowed in the pool area at a time which is half it’s capacity. We enjoyed our stay!

The Landing is a safe, gated complex. Located in a desirable location in Hot Springs, this condo is not only located minutes away from all that Hot Springs has to offer, but it could not be more centrally located on the water, close to all of the restaurants and marinas on the water. There are several buildings within the neighborhood, and unit 8A is secluded in a corner of the neighborhood, closest to the water. The neighborhood offers a tennis court and pool for all guests to use.
