When we say true ski in and out, we mean it! Being on the ground floor allows you to literately walk out the back door right onto the slope, strap on your skis and go! Located right on Four O'clock run, which provides access to the Snowflake lift, this condo is the perfect location for every level of ski enthusiast.

Inside the condo is a roomy and open layout that will accommodate six people in this two bedroom condo, comfortably. There is a large foyer for de-gearing, leading to the huge living room. In the living room you will find cozy couches and chairs surrounding a warm, wood burning fireplace and large flat screen TV. Just off the living room is the dining area with plenty of seating for the whole family. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare all your meals.

The master bedroom is open and roomy with a cozy king bed. The second bedroom is inviting, and offers an additional king bed. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room as well.

The condo is located on the ground level making access easy for everyone, and has a large rear deck overlooking the ski run for quality apres ski relaxing. With this condo being on the ground floor, it allows guests to enjoy a larger deck with BBQ grill. Watch the skiers go right by!

The exterior of the building is freshly remodeled with natural mountain tones and stone accents providing a perfect gateway to your vacation. Tyra Summit offers guests underground parking, an indoor pool, hot tubs, and clubhouse.

Tyra Summit A-1-B is a lovely condo, with pool and hot tub on site. In the summertime, this location also puts you steps away from the hiking and mountain biking trails!

Amazing Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very happy with our ski in ski out place. Parking was easy to get into and the check-in instructions provided were easy to follow. The place was very clean and fully stocked in terms of kitchen needs, washer/dryer, grill, and bathroom amenities. The bed was a bit harder than we like but comfortable enough and the pillows were good. Sitting in the outdoor hot-tub with little snowflakes coming down was so nice after a long day on the slopes. I would highly recommend this place for a enjoyable Breckenridge getaway.

Great Unit, Unfortunate Timing

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really liked the unit and it was in a great location, however during our stay the buildings' concrete patios were being resurfaced. This meant that the 3 days we were there, each day there were hours worth of grinding concrete right outside our door. Because of this, we could not use the patio which we were excited about because it looked large. Even when the construction was over in the evening, the patio was still covered with debris and construction equipment.We asked for a 1 night's refund for our 3-day stay, but the property didn't comply with that request.

Breathtaking Breckenride

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My colleague and I attended a professional conference in Breckenridge. We booked a 2 bedroom condo that sprung a water leak while we were in the air flying to Denver. The property managers attempted to reach me while in flight and left a message and sent an email. I contacted them while waiting for our shuttle. They gave me 2 other choices of units. We stayed at Tyra Summit which was amazing and more than we needed. My colleague said her pillows were not comfortable and she was too hot even with a fan running. I was very comfortable. The views out the patio door were beautiful and calming. I only gave 4 stars for location because we intended to walk to the conference and the 0.8 miles at this elevation was undoable. We both walk longer distances, but we live at sea level and the altitude in Breckenrige literally took our breath away.

Great location- ski in/out away from crowds

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our 6 night stay was great! The location on 4 o’clock run was very convenient for ski in/out and to be away from the crowds at larger complexes. The view from the back deck was amazing. Fully stocked kitchen (except coffee maker-which we bought and donated). Improvements could be made to upgrading mattresses. Also, the hot water was not working properly. We could only get hot water for max of 5 mins and had to space showers out over hours. In hindsight we should have called property management as it could have been a fixable issue. Otherwise, unit as pictured.

Information was provided timely, questions were answered quickly, and the staff was always pleasant. The only negative to the entire experience was that the unit was a little dated and the furniture should be improved.
