Firefly Retreat is a cozy two bedroom cottage located one block from access to 380-acre Hutchins Lake. A West Michigan vacation spot near Fennville and the lakefront towns of Saugatuck and Douglas, this spring-fed lake is about five minutes east of Lake Michigan, where sandy beaches and dunes abound. Hutchins is an inland, peaceful lake perfect for swimming, sunbathing, fishing and  boating.

INSIDE:
This 650 square ft. cottage has everything you need for a relaxing and serene retreat. All one floor, there is a convenient open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living space with fireplace and TV. Main bedroom has a full bed and the guest bedroom has a twin trundle. These bedrooms share a full bath. Grab your morning coffee and step into the sunny screened porch and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

THE LOCATION
Local wineries are located just minutes away and open for tastings and tours. Virtue Cider is located on a working farm just a five-minute drive and perfect for exploring. Take time to visit the friendly farm animals while there! Award-winning Saugatuck and Douglas Michigan are roughly 15 minutes away and offer an endless array of shops, galleries, dining, breweries, and entertainment. Spend days exploring everything these unique artistic communities have to offer and relax back at your own retreat in the evenings and enjoy the peaceful life lakeside.

PARKING
There is space for three vehicles to park. Please note that garage access is not available.

CANCELLATION POLICY
-100% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-50% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
-No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products, along with emergency maintenance services.
