Welcome into an Architectural Delight with Pool in Prestigious North Bondi
This holiday home shines on so many levels. It’s a beauty. From its luxury vibe, quality inclusions, spacious living spaces and ideal location, it’s hard to beat.
Whether you’re relaxing in the resort-style first floor just steps from the sparkling pool, watching from the shade of the patio or lounging in one of the deep sofas, you’ll appreciate the whisper quiet setting. Yet, peppered around this residential neighbourhood are a terrific choice of cafes, restaurants, bars, bakeries and more. Bondi Beach is only a stroll away. The best of both worlds!
The downstairs comprises a front lounge or media room offering an appealing quiet space or a great retreat for the kids to watch TV, as well as the stunning, spacious open plan living area at the back. This is light and bright with high ceilings and incorporates a modern kitchen with a striking wow.factor, hidden walk-in pantry, double oven and professional coffee machine. The dining suite and stools at the benchtop provide ample seating and there is further seating for meals out on the patio. On a balmy night you can cook up a storm on the built-in BBQ and enjoy the expansive back garden while the kids have a swim in the pool. After a day at the beach, stroll back to the house, stop for ice-cream and arriving home the outdoor shower is another excellent inclusion. With wide glass sliding doors from the indoors to the garden, the flow is spot-on and the holiday vibe a highlight.
Tucked away from the social first floor on the second floor are 3 bedrooms, all fully renovated and ready to ensure a good night sleep. The master bedroom with oversized en-suite and private balcony. Two spacious queen bedrooms shares a lovely family bathroom. There is also a study, should you need to attend to work requirements. On request the TV room on the first level is turned into a lovely 4th bedroom with garden access.
With a laundry, parking and WiFi, as well as reverse cycle air-conditioning this house spells ultra holiday comfort and easy living!

In a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle of Bondi Beach, yet within a walk to the sand, this location is perfect. The popular Shuk’s cafe and bakery are nearby or head into Bondi for its thriving cafe culture, famous eateries and bars and plenty of boutiques. Other drawcards include North Bondi Children’s Pool and Bondi Beach playground for kids, the markets at the weekend, volleyball on the beach and nearby golf courses, as well as some stunning coastal walks. Transport to Westfield at Bondi Junction for some retail therapy and to the city are close at hand.
A $3,000.00 Security Deposit will be required prior to check in. This will be charged to your nominated credit card as a Pre-Authorisation which will be released after you check out.
