With plenty of space to spread out and enjoy your own private retreat, LaVoca Lakehouse has something for everyone whether you're looking to relax and unwind, or enjoy all that Avoca Beach has to offer. Located only a five-minute drive to the patrolled surf beach, local eateries, and the historic Avoca Beach movie theatre, LaVoca Lakehouse offers coastal living with serene waterfront views and access. The lower level contains a large open plan living, dining and kitchen, flowing onto the beautiful outdoor entertaining balcony.

Off the entrance hallway you will find the indoor pool. On this level you will also find the main bed which contains a queen bed, ensuite and walk in robe along with external access to the side ramp. Bedroom two contains a queen size bed and walk in wardrobe and access to the external ramp.

The layout of downstairs with the side ramp access allows LaVoca Lakehouse to be wheelchair accessible. Please note there is no air-conditioning available. Upstairs you will find a TV sitting room, the third bedroom with two king singles, ensuite and wardrobe and the forth bedroom with three king singles and wardrobe. Outside features a large deck with outdoor seating, a BBQ area, a large grassed fenced backyard with plenty of space for outdoor games and activities. Kayaks are available for guests to use.

WHAT WE LOVE ABOUT LAVOCA LAKEHOUSE: We love the relaxing tranquil feel being surrounded by trees and having private access to Avoca lake to take the kayaks out to explore the area and enjoying the private indoor pool (not heated).
