Comfortable 3 bedroom holiday house with room for the family. The beach is close by and the backyard is ideal for outdoor living, BBQ's, your furry loved ones and perhaps a game of backyard cricket. ***Previously 23 Mullaway Drive***

Features: Open plan living, renovated kitchen, timber floors, side access for extra cars or the boat, fully fenced yard and covered outdoor entertaining area perfect for the summer BBQ.

Mullaway is a friendly coastal village with a popular general store, known for it's great take away (& icecream!). Take your pick of close by Cabins Beach or Mullaway Beach each perfect for swimming, surfing, snorkelling and fishing. Also close by is Mullaway Reserve with a lovely playground and picnic shelters with electric BBQ's. The CBD of Woolgoolga is a short 6km (approx.) drive with all the necessities, specialty shops, cafe's, restaurants and a supermarket. Take the easy highway cruise to Coffs Harbour just 30km's (approx.) away for major shopping.

Great location and aspect, good size house and yard aspect.

Needs minor maintenance i.e washers needed for dripping taps.BBQ was clean but past used by date.Very hot interior especially bedrooms.Had to close up house and leave air con running for hours to cool house down.Bedroom windows worked -just. Replacing would help air flow. Would be more than happy to return after summer heat and pay more if double beds were replaced with queens. Kitchen,dining,shower,laundry and yard terrific.

Lovely little quiet place!

Quaint, cute little cottage..Love all the wildlife about. Especially the little geckos. a quick 15 min walk to the beach. Cottage had everything we needed..Some of the fixtures may need to be looked at in the near future. The curtain rod in the bathroom was brittle and broken and held together with tape! Had an excellent stay. Access to beach was a short walk. Shop close by for delicious takeaways.

This property was perfect for three old friends to meet for a catch up holiday. Good yard for pets. Comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen. Weather kept us indoors and we were quite comfortable. There are abundant books boards games and video's available for entertainment Good location close to Woolgoolga but in a quite area. Close enough to walk to the beach..

Loved our stay with the dogs

Loved our stay with the dogs. Fantastic location, close to the beach and cafe. Older style beach cottage, well equipped, pleased to see the property has a reverse cycle aircon which made the stay comfortable in winter.

Location Awsome, Basically clean but a lot of cockroaches ( some live, mostly dead).vacuum cleaner badly blocked so wouldn’t work effectively. Furbabies loved the closed in yard. Ppl in the area very friendly.

Beach getaway

Mullaway is a great location. Lovely beaches and local store. The house was perfectly adequate as a base for exploring the area. We had a great stay.

Great location, good for the dogs

We found the property comfortable, clean and well located. An easy drive to the off leash dog beaches in the area, close to Woolgoolga and not too far from Coffs. Fenced yard was great for our dogs.

Beautiful break

I have a nervous dog so I can’t really leave her anywhere. She loved the back yard and the beach as did I will definitely be staying there again. Peaceful location.

we love Mullaway

We adore Mullaway and this little cottage was perfect for our needs. A short 500 metre stroll to Mullaway Beach and Cabins Beach. Large kitchen, hot water with good pressure and a fully fenced yard for our dog. There is a Mountain bike track not far, look up Woolgoolga Mountain Bike Club on Facebook. Red Rock is a short 13 minute drive away. The beds and bedding could do with an upgrade, whilst we provided our own linens, the bedding provided was old and stained.

We had a wonderful stay in Mullaway, such a beautiful tropical paradise. The house was great, well equipped and comfortable. It could definitely do with some ceiling fans in the bedrooms and the backyard needing mowing before we arrived. Otherwise it was great.

Peaceful getaway

We had a pleasant stay. We particularly enjoyed being in the back garden on the terrace under the tree. We found the house to be comfortable clean and great for a peaceful holiday getaway.

Beach Break

The location was fabulous. A two minute drive to beautiful Mullaway Beach and so many more to visit along Solitary Islands Way. Watching whales and dolphins playing at Woolgoolga and relaxing at Moree was heaven. Having to drive into Woolgoolga to pickup and return house keys was frustrating, when the house had a key safe. Also, having a dog friendly property, where he wasn’t allowed inside and the only shelter was about 20m away outside the garage, which we also couldn’t access. This really was a problem, when we had two days of incredibly high winds and the trees were dropping branches. Finally, the green bin has a broken wheel and cannot be moved. Despite these issues, we loved the house and thoroughly enjoyed our time in a very beautiful part of the world.

Great spot

Its a fun, well appointed house, with plenty of board games and a well stocked kitchen. Easy walk to the beach and quick drive/bike ride to Arrawarra headland.
