Nice studio, didn't feel cramped at all. Very clean and the deck being ocean front made it feel bigger and great views.

Clean room and a great view.

Our room was clean, had everything we needed and had the best view. The balcony was the perfect size and had a table and nice seating to enjoy the ocean view!

Good location, clean. Huge balcony facing east. perfect to wake up with the sounds of ocean. The only issue I would report is trash and dirty water drops coming from the floors above on the extended balcony.

Beautiful view

Older establishment but in good order, WiFi works well. Bed is large but the mattress and pillows need upgrade. Pans need to be replaced and kitchen towels need to be available as paper towels are not a good substitute. Overall a good price to value and would recommend but be wary of cleaning before use.

Very Nice

Very nice location and just what I needed for that weekend 😁. The host was responsive and patient, the only thing that wasn't clear was which building it was located in and that the parking level easy access was not accessible during our stay. But those were two very minor things. Would definitely stay again!

The place is smaller than the pitchers of shown

We're all the place it's nice but small. I had pulled out the 2 filters from the air conditioner and there was one inch of lint. On them and the exhaust man in the bathroom was full of lent, some of the things do not get clean. Jess f y I. I don't think I'll stay there again

Beautiful Room & Location!

This room was perfect for our family of three! The resort was in a great location and had many family friendly amenities. The balcony was the piece de resistance. We would love to stay here again in the future!

The location was really nice and the inside unit was fine but the outside of the Caravelle is very run down. It needs major upgrades made. I wouldn't stay there again unfortunately.

Great location

We had a very nice stay! The only downfall was that they had the 5th and 6th floor parking closed off which made it a bit of a pain for loading and unloading across the street. If it had been open it would have been perfect! The unit is perfectly located across from The elevator that gets you to the pool and we didn’t hear the elevator at all in the evening! We spent most of our time on the balcony which is awesome!!

The condo was perfect for me and my 2 little kids. Loved being oceanfront and right on the beach. Only draw back was the building overall is not well maintained. There was a musty smell in the hallways. Plus the units above constantly leaked water onto the porch to the condo which caused mildew to form. Other than those the condo was a good size, had all needed dishes and linens. And my kids enjoyed watching the waves from the porch!

It was ok

Property was ok, fan in bathroom was very dirty. Loved the size of the balcony. Only 1/3 of it was really usable. Water from above get running down the building and splashing everywhere. Also we originally booked the room in the summer and pay for it in full. We changed it because of a possible hurricane coming In. We tried to cancel but no refund. So we switched it and paid the summer rate for a fall stay. It’s about a $300 00 difference.

The room was small but adequate for the two of us. The view was great. Generally quiet around us. Parking on our level was not available most of our stay. Marijuana smoke from others forced us off our deck several times during our stay. For that reason alone we wouldn't stay there again. .

Best View Ever!

I booked this place because of the AMAZING balcony and it definitely lived up to my expectations. Super huge!! Full size stove with oven & refrigerator were a plus. I stayed here with my 2 kids and we loved it. Parking on the 5th floor made it very convenient to access the room. I will definitely be booking this place again.

Balcony was amazing!

We brought our little family of 4 for a week's stay. My husband, two kids (3 and 6), and myself. We had plenty of space for the 4 of us. We spent a lot of time on the balcony! We enjoyed the easy access to the beach, as well.My only negatives are that the listing stated that there were beach chairs and a beach umbrella, however we couldn't find them. When I reached out and asked, I didn't receive a response. The listing also stated that there is same level parking for ease of loading/unloading. The 5th and 6th floor parking was blocked off, and there are no posted signs until you get to the fourth level. It was very hard to turn my vehicle around and go back down, especially when another car is right behind me. I understand that this is on the resort, but having to park across the street made it very hard for transporting groceries/luggage. These are two minor things that would not stop us from returning, just would be nice to know ahead of time!We made a lot of great memories as a family and will probably return!

Resort conditions detract from condo

We have been to Myrtle Beach numerous times and have always stayed in the same condo, but this time it was not available so we gave this one a try since we have stayed at the Caravelle Resort before. The condo was clean and as described on VRBO, but the resort has gone downhill considerably. The resort did not post anywhere and the condo owners did not communicate that two floors of the parking garage were closed and parking would be almost impossible. The whole supposedly non-smoking resort reeked of pot constantly. Paint was chipping off the walls and doors and the halls were dimly lit. We had no hand towels and I had to request them but the condo owners did supply them right away. The light switch for the kitchen was hidden about a foot behind the side of the fridge, so you had to move the fridge to turn the light on and off which was annoying. The light in the bathroom flickered constantly and half the time didn't work at all. These were minimal things that wouldn't prevent us from renting it again but if I were the condo owners I would be talking to the resort about making some definite improvements.
