Overall satisfied and would stay again!
We really enjoyed our stay! There was some unexpected things but nothing that was too drastic. Example, hot tub was not hot the first 2 days, after contacting Gail this was fixed right away! The hot tub is not hot without paying for the pool to be heated which we were not aware of till check in. Gail was very accommodating and allowed us to pay before check in to heat it. Steve that came out for maintenance was excellent and very informative! The gate pass only worked once for any and all of our group. The gate near Target is almost always broken making it either easy to get in or harder having to wait for security to open the gate via intercom button. Occasionally you had to go in the out because the gate just wouldn’t work. You are within walking distance of Target, and a few restaurants. Very good location to go just about anywhere in Florida! The only thing we found wrong with the house was the switch to turn the pool lights on was completely stripped when we got there and we had to use make shift items to get it to turn on. So please if they fix this don’t try to turn it off, let the timer run out! Clearly past groups have not done this. We ended up staying an extra day which was made super easy just asking if it was available and it was so I venmoed the money for the extra day and we had no problems! Overall we would definitely book here again! It had a LOT of room and it was easy spending time with family without feeling you were in everyone’s way.
