When you enter the home, the first room to your right is the spacious living room. You'll love the massive gray sectional surrounding the sizeable SmartTV just above the unique fireplace. Access to all your favorite streaming apps makes this room the perfect cozy place for a movie night.

KITCHEN & DINING
Cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the fully equipped farmhouse kitchen with all the gadgets, trays, dishes, and utensils you would expect to find in a family home. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven and gas cooktop, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher to cover all the cleaning up.

Gather everyone into the modern dining room for dinner with a table set for ten and a highchair available for the little ones. Enjoy your morning coffee on the porch looking out at the city views.

Heading up the stairs, bedroom #1 offers a plush queen bed with a pack-n-play for the little traveler, a closet, and a wall-mounted smart TV. The primary bedroom (bedroom #2) offers a luxurious king bed with an attached full ensuite bathroom, a walk-in closet, a crib, and a wall-mounted smart TV.

Heading down the hall from the primary bedroom, the first door on your left is your second full bathroom, with a single vanity, a clawfoot tub/shower combo, and plenty of fresh towels and necessities.

Just next door to the hallway bathroom is bedroom #3 with a luxurious king bed, a closet, a wall-mounted smart TV, and a bonus trundle bed that opens into two single beds for plenty of sleeping space! This room has French doors leading to a Juliet-style balcony.

BEDROOM AND LOUNGE/GAME ROOM - 3RD FLOOR
The 3rd floor of this lovely home is a massive loft space divided into two rooms. One wing has been sectioned off as a bedroom with three queen beds, and the other wing is a cozy lounge area with a couch, chairs, a wall-mounted Smart TV, a foosball table, board games, and plenty of space to relax after a long day site seeing the city.

LAUNDRY
This home offers two sets of laundry spaces. One is on the main floor with a stackable full-size washer and dryer. The other set is located on the 2nd level, also a stackable full-size washer and dryer. Both laundry rooms have detergent and dryer sheets, making vacation laundry a breeze!

OUTDOOR AND DESIGNATED PARKING IN BACK

This home has NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to request that levels be reduced to appropriate levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.

GUEST VERIFICATION
SafelyStay, Inc. verifies the identity of guests and checks criminal databases to confirm reservations.

TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 for accidental property damage and bodily injury.

The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $88 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as a "Trust & Safety Fee" or "Management Fee".

✔ This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.
✔ Primary renter must be 25+ years old
✔ Pets are not permitted on the property
✔ No smoking inside the home
✔ No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation
✔ No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
✔ Quiet time is 10pm - 8am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
✔ Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm
✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car, with most highways nearby. You can also use the Metro link light rail system to access many major attractions.

St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see many Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!
