The apartment is conveniently located above Fernhill Corner Store, Chur (the best fish and ships in QT), and Lokal (restaurant). An inviting sunbed upstairs offers a perfect spot to relax and soak in the surroundings.
Nestled in the great suburb of Fernhill, our property provides an escape from Queenstown's bustle while remaining close. Enjoy beautiful walks, access to mountain bike and climbing tracks, and easy access to public transport or a short downhill walk to town. An Uber ride costs approximately $12-$14, and a bus fare is only $2 per leg. With a quick 20-minute drive to Coronet Ski Field, or the airport our home is ideal for a ski holiday. Parking is hassle-free with free street parking always available.
Bedding Configuration:
2 Doubles (one upstairs and one downstairs)
2 King beds that can be split into 2 singles (one upstairs and one downstairs)
Requests to split the beds must be made two weeks prior to booking due to linen hire.
Each room features an air conditioner/heat pump to handle temperature changes in the alpine climate.

The upstairs bathroom has a shower and Bath tub
The downstairs bathroom is a shower only, with a separate water closet (toilet) for ample space. Towels, complimentary soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided. Power outlets for shaving and hairdryer are available.
Kitchen:
Our modern, clean, and fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, electric oven, induction stove, fridge and freezer, rice cooker, toaster, kettle, coffee plunger, and Nespresso Coffee machine. We provide basic spices, complimentary tea, coffee, and sugar. Groceries and basic liquor store items are available in the nearby area.
Outside Space:
Relax on the private balcony adjoining the lounge, offering stunning views of the lake and mountains. The main bedroom also features a balcony for your enjoyment. Whether it's a sunrise cup of tea or a sunset glass of wine, this space is perfect for taking in the fresh air and scenery.

You are welcome to have guests, but no partying is allowed on the premises.
