Wake up to ocean views from every room in this spacious and serene B&B in coveted Deep Cove. Start the day off with an ocean dip, or for a slower start, enjoy a cup of your favourite beverage from the comfort of the outdoor patio overlooking the ocean.

This is a beautiful open concept lower level one bedroom, one bathroom B&B. The bathroom has a stand up shower, toilet and sink and is located next to the bedroom.
The bedroom has top quality organic cotton percale sheets and pillows. The outdoor patio also has a dining table and comfortable seating with a view of the water.

Its is a perfect retreat for a couple who wish to take some time to relax and be by the ocean. There is a TV with Google chromecast and an HDMI cable available so you can stream from your own devices.

We live on the upper floor, so noise transfer is inevitable. However, we do try to keep noise to a minimum.

We have a large friendly dog that will want to say hello. If you are not into dogs, please let us know and we will endeavour to keep them out of your way.

We are conveniently located 10 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from the ferries and 10 minutes to the Town of Sidney which has great restaurants and shops.

So Very Enjoyable

The overall condition, cleanliness, layout, view and responsiveness of the owners could not have been better. Convenient kitchen, ample bathroom, comfortable sitting area and a view unsurpassed. The view from the sitting area inside and out was superb. And not to forget the amazing view from the bedroom as well. Everything worked! We spent two weeks in serene, ocean front accommodation. Great stay!

Enjoyed our 3 days here, even saw the Northern lights one nite! Great location with easy access to Sidney. Very clean, lovely views and nice amenities. Host was very easy to communicate with. Would recommend!

The suite was perfect, well appointed with a very comfortable bed and lovely view from the massive windows! You definitely hear the sounds from upstairs, especially the dog’s feet (he is beautiful and friendly!) There isn’t “beach access” from the unit, but you can get down to the water level. We enjoyed our stay!

Quiet Reflection

This property was so very peaceful. The space was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. Sitting on the porch just watching the birds and listening to the water was exactly what we needed. Close to Butchart. Highly recommend.

A beautiful unique spot

My wife and I stayed for a couple of nights. What a unique beautiful spot. The place was clean and comfortable. Quiet night sleeps on a comfortable bed. Kim was a wonderful host. Great spot to stay and enjoy the Saanich area.

Warm beautiful place with serene view.. beautiful furnished , has everything you need. Comfy bed . Only problem was the excessive noise due to poor sound proofing in the house. We were woken up early from upstairs toilet and shower noise . Also and could hear every dog step ( although we loved that super chill dog)the house was quiet not too late in the evening but if you need a nap in the day it would not be a good place or if you want to sleep in.My daughter was recovering from surgery and after 3 nights she left exhausted . The hosts were super nice and we loved we loved everything else!

Anniversary celebration

As we were unable to travel far for our Anniversary , this VRBO was a Lovely quiet reprieve. Relaxing and enjoyed watching seals play in the harbour below. I would recommend it to couples that enjoy neighbourhood walks or biking . Close to Sidney for Restaurants as well. Thankyou to the hosts.

a very lovely property. The view to the ocean from the backyard is calm and tranquil. A vehicle rental is a must to get around and see things. the hosts were great, and we were not too far from all kinds of attractions, dining and shopping. Highly recommend a trip to Salt Spring Island. The ferry at Swartz Bay is 10 min away and the trip only 30 minutes to one of the Gulf islands gems.

Can I keep this place a secret?

Friendly hosts, friendly dogs, very clean and perfect for two people. Short stay

The suite was very nicely setup with new amenties. Everything you need in the kitchen to cook meals. Nice linens in the bathroom and bedroom. Bed and pillows comfy. Super friendly dog on the property. Our only suggestion to the hosts would be more sound proofing between the upstairs and downstairs floor. The view was amazing! We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place.

Beautiful Deep Cove Home

My daughter and I planned a weekend trip to Vancouver Island close to Victoria. I looked for a holiday rental that was in a quiet area, with an ocean view and in a private home. This property in Deep Cove area was the perfect choice. It is in a beautiful location in a residential area overlooking Deep Cove with direct access to the water. It is close to the airport and to Sidney. We enjoyed quiet, restful morning coffees and evening snacks sitting in the bright red lawn chairs overlooking the cove, with hummingbirds buzzing around and even a great blue heron sleeping in a nearby tree for the night. If its a nature filled, quiet spot you are looking for to enjoy a holiday, this is the spot. The owners are very friendly and were helpful with dining and activity ideas. The family pup was super friendly, too. I highly recommend this rental and hope to return in the future. Thank you K and R and R for helping us make some wonderful memories!

Amazing views of Deep Cove

Very nice, clean, bright, lots of windows, nicely recently renovated. Walk out lower level suite. We were surprised there was no TV, but we made due watching hummingbirds and otters swimming across bay from the back patio. One morning after we had come in from a late night vacuuming at 8:30 am from upper living area was a little early for our liking, the hosts were friendly and helpful.

Beautiful Ocean View and Easy Location

What a view! Absolutely beautiful spot - have a coffee on the patio and watch the boats and waves. Go for a walk and enjoy nature. Easy water access for a swim. Such a handy location (10 mins to ferries, airport, Sidney shopping and amenities). Immaculately clean. Hosts are friendly, quick comminicators, and even went above and beyond to accomodate our crib rental delivery and pickup outside of checkin/checkout times so it was ready for us when we arrived. Would absolutely recommend to a couple looking to de-stress and reconnect with eachother and with nature.

Time away

It is bright, airy, very comfortable and clean. The front windows look out onto Deep Cove, a beautiful view. It has a full kitchen with new appliances, dishwasher. The dishes, cutlery, cooking pots and pans were all new and in good shape. Everything was as it is portrayed on the site. I was given 2 maps of the area and suggestions of places to go walking. The hosts were very hospitable, and unobtrusive. The big dog was friendly, and mostly ignored me, which suited me just fine. It is on the ground floor with the owners upstairs. I could hear them moving around, but mostly it was quiet. All in all, a lovely place to stay in a quiet, beautiful neighbourhood. I will be happy to go there again for some quiet time away.
