INTRACOASTAL WATER VIEW FROM THE LIVING ROOM AND MASTER BEDROOM. A brilliant, white marble flooring leads you in to an ultra-modern vacation paradise. Illuminated by contemporary led lighting, the spacious living areas feature comfortable furnishings, upscale appliances, and large flat screen tv's in all bedrooms and the living room. A stackable washer and dryer is provided for your convenience, along with numerous amenities to make your stay enjoyable. Just off the main living room area is a relaxing common area balcony where you can view the intracoastal waterway, or the gorgeous pool with hot tub and fountains below. Your unit comes with parking spaces for 2 vehicles. This 2nd floor unit is on the same floor as the HUGE Waterfront Sundeck. You will have assigned parking for 2 vehicles only; there is no additional guest parking. All utitlites are included, however there is a $250 cap on monthly electric bills with guest to pay the overage.
Master Bedroom has a King, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have Queen Beds.
Located close to your luxury accommodations, you'll find a super Publix grocery store, gas station, and the Island Way Grill, all within walking distance. It's a short distance by car or trolley to the famous Clearwater Aquarium and the white sands of Clearwater Beach. By car, Pier 60 on Clearwater Beach is only a 6 minute drive!

Smart TVs in living room and every bedroom, which means you can stream from your streaming service. Sorry no Cable TV or local channels.
Please know that if you bring a bike, scooter, or skateboard to Azure/Island Way, you are not allowed to use them in the breezeways of the development, nor can bikes/scooters, electric or otherwise, be brought into the condo unit. They are to be stored in/on your vehicle.
Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals.
Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED, AS THERE IS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY!!! IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. THE NO REFUND POLICY INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED, HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJUECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. Check in is any time after 4PM. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures.
Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.
EARLY CHECK-IN:
Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!
