Disappointed
I wanted to love this place. It had the ability to be great. A private pool and hot tub and game room. However. We paid for the heating of the pool and hot tub, however it was not mentioned anywhere or communicated through email exchanges that the hot tub only heats to the 85 of the pool. A hot tub should be in 100s. You can’t make it a hot tub, she a small warm pool. The house definitely needs a little upkeep. The carpet is stained and the walls have dirt and marks throughout. It doesn’t stop you from having a great time, but the presentation sure needs attention. The upstairs had a smell of mold and half of the family came back with sever congestion. Though there were some supplies in kitchen, it was sparse. There ain’t enough utensils for the amount of people that can stay in the house. There was no pool towels and bath towels were sparse. Make sure to bring your own toiletries. A small bar of hand soap is all that is supplied. We made the most of it and had a great time, but we certainly have stayed in much better.
