The Space:
The Palm House offers the best of indoor and outdoor entertaining and living. Dine in with a view or al fresco on one of the two outdoor ocean-frontage back decks. There is space for everyone with two living areas, each leading out to the large outdoor back decking areas, or steal yourself away with a good book to the built-in day beds or the front deck.
The downstairs living area is designed with children in mind and keeping them busy when not playing outside or swimming in the pool. There is a kids’ table set up and a console full of thoughtfully selected books, board games and puzzles.

The Neighborhood:
Black Head Reserve at the tip of Gerroa is a great spot for whale watching between May and November, with the whales migrating north from May to August, and south from September to November.
Gerroa offers a perfect base to explore all that the region has to offer – beautiful quality regional produce, boutique wineries and thriving neighbouring coastal and country communities, with Gerringong, Kiama and Berry all a short drive away.

We live in a residential neighborhood, and we like to respect our Neighbours and ensure that we comply with the New South Wales regulations. We have a strict 10pm noise restrictions and we also have noise monitors in the house.
Getting Around:
There is a train service to Gerringong, and taxis are available in the area. It is however advised that you have access to a car if you want to unlock access to all that the South Coast has to offer.
