LAGE: Ihr perfekter Urlaub in Chatham beginnt hier in diesem frisch renovierten und neu eingerichteten Luxushaus mit beheiztem Salzwasserpool (20 x 40 cm) und Spa. In der Nähe der Shore Road und der Innenstadt von Chatham bietet dieses wunderschöne 4-Zimmer-Apartment (mit ZWEI King Master En Suites) Platz für 10 bis 12 Personen. Es verfügt über eine zentrale Klimaanlage und ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von Restaurants und Geschäften in der Stadt, Oyster Pond, Cow Yard Beach und Claflin Landing entfernt Strand, Chatham Bars Inn, der Chatham Fishing Pier, Chatham Anglers Baseballspiele und der Spielplatz.

BESCHREIBUNG DES HAUSES UND DER IMMOBILIEN: Sie werden es lieben, Mahlzeiten in der voll ausgestatteten Küche mit hochwertigen Geräten zuzubereiten und auf der Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen (Platz für 8 Personen), 4 Adirondack-Stühlen und einer Feuerstelle zu grillen. Chatham wedding weekend

My family stayed here when we were in Chatham for my nephew’s wedding. The home, pool and grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. Having two primary suites allowed my elderly in laws to stay with us very comfortably. The location is perfect. We enjoyed morning walks to town for coffee and afternoon walks to the pier to see the fishermen come in and to watch the seals. I hope we are fortunate enough to stay here again some day!

We stayed here for a girls trip and had a wonderful time! The house is beautiful and very clean, and has all the amenities you could think to need. There was plenty of room for 9 of us. The host was so helpful and easily available via text. Great location and a private back yard, and the pool and hot tub were our favorite part!

Exploring Chatham

This beautiful Chatham property was a joy for our multi-generational family vacation. The house and pool are as pictured, spacious and perfectly maintained. The host has gone above and beyond to provide everything you could want to make for an easy and enjoyable stay. And she was always helpful and readily available for questions. The location is both private and very accessible to the many amenities in the Chatham downtown. We were pleased to find that we were close enough to explore the beaches of Wellfleet and Orleans, if we wanted to venture out, instead of just relaxing in comfort with a book by the pool. We definitely hope to return soon to this lovely vacation home.

Perfection!

How many times do you reach your rental only to be disappointed? Not at this property. This is absolutely the finest example of a homeowner catering to your needs. We have never found a home better equipped. No need to run to the store at this rental. We are a 3 generation family of 9 and we didn’t want to leave. Everything is explained, labeled, included. Plenty of options for indoor and outdoor activities. Expensive? Perhaps. But in line with others that offer this location and these amenities and worth it.

Fabulous property. Great location. Close to everything. House is as described. Fully stocked with everything you need. Great layout with 2 masters. We were there for our sons wedding at the CBI and it worked perfectly. Lovely pool and spa. Sadly was raining all weekend so did not get to use the outside space- but it is lovely. New Year's Eve Family Getaway

My siblings, our spouses, and our 4 teenage/young adult children spent 3 nights at this beautiful home over New Year's Eve. After a lot of online searching, we found this property and could not have been more pleased by it! The home itself is gorgeous- beautifully decorated, bright, spacious, very well-appointed, and clean. Had it been summer, we would have loved the yard, fire pit, and swimming pool! The location was perfect- an easy walk to the ocean and town. There was plenty of room in the house for us to be together or to spread out. Our host, Claudine, was a pleasure to deal with. I reached out with a question once, and she responded immediately. We really enjoyed our stay in Chatham, and should we have the opportunity to return, it would be to stay in this gorgeous home! 50yr+college friend reunion

September 2022. Four couples who all met in college over 50 years ago, from all over the country, get together every year and this year we wanted to try Cap Cod. Claudine’s home was absolutely perfect for us. We all raved at how well appointed everything was and the location couldn’t be better. We walked down to the fish pier every morning to see the catches of the day..about a five minute walk. Downtown was very close as were grocery stores, etc. Everything you needed was there or close by. Claudine checked in every so often to see if we needed anything. If you are considering this home…..jump on it. It’s perfect. Thanks Claudine !

Wonderful experience and great hosts. Property is in great shape. Nice new TVs, clean furniture, fully stocked kitchen of appliances and utensils. Great tv/pool table room in the basement. Plenty of space for everyone between all the bedrooms and many common areas to relax. 10-15 min walk into town. 5 minute walk to the fishing docks. 10 min walk to Chatham Bars Inn. Highly recommend.

Simply the best!

This is our second time renting this beautiful home at 166 Barcliff. It is absolutely amazing - perfect in every way. The house has everything you could ever want and more - right down to Netflix and Disney+ access on all 4 tv's. The pool and hot tub are top notch. My kids had the best time swimming and relaxing in their "own" pool. Claudine was wonderful to work with - super nice and responsive to all communication. The location couldn't be better- close to everything including downtown, beaches, playground, fish market. The only down side is once you stay at this home you won't want to stay anywhere else. It is probably one of the best rental properties on the Cape.

Great vacation week! Gracious and attentive host. House was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Comfortably accommodated the 7 of us including 2 young children. Beautiful pool with resort furniture and nice outdoor eating area. Perfect location: walking distance to quiet beach, town, tennis, rail bike trail and playground. And complete guide provided which included helpful hints on where to eat and how to use everything. We would definitely return!

Perfection!

Claudine is a real pro and manages this 5-star property like a luxury resort. It would be hard to stay anywhere else in Chatham with this level of service. This spotless and well-equipped property was perfect for our family with plenty of space for sleep, work, and play. Pool table and games for raining days and pool and basketball for the sunny days - the spa and fire pit were nice bonuses. We walked into town and to the beach but also enjoyed meals on the property - kitchen was very well stocked and the grill was perfect. We never had to guess where things were or how they worked as Claudine is also an expert list and label maker ;) Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back for sure!

Best House in Chatham!!

We had a lovely vacation & could not have asked for a better place for our family to stay. The owners are extremely responsive and willing to help with any needs (replaced an exterior light bulb within 24 hours and even mailed back a blow dryer my grandparents left). House is extremely neat & clean -- I am VERY particular and even I felt comfortable. House is stocked with many useful items (shampoo, shaving cream, batteries, plastic bags, etc.) Pool and hot tub were so relaxing, and the backyard is beautiful! Grill was perfect for our BBQ. Excellent location -- quiet, but you can still walk to town, playground and Oyster Pond Beach. If we vacation in Chatham again, there is no question we would rent here. Thanks for making our trip so special!

Long weekend stay

This house was perfect for our groups weekend away and it was absolutely stunning! Exactly as posted and the Property manager went above and beyond to help make sure we felt welcomed!

Could not be happier

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay. We stayed for two weeks for a close to home change of scenery during travel restrictions caused by COVID. The house is exactly as shown, meticulously clean, nicely decorated, well stocked and maintained and the owners have really thought of everything. The location is amazing with close proximity to Chatham Pier and Lighthouse, downtown Chatham, beaches, bike trail and easy day trips throughout the Cape. I enjoyed early walks to catch sunrise at the beach and then we had short drives to enjoy sunsets throughout the Cape. The pool and outdoor amenities are high quality and well maintained. The hot tub and propane fire pit were perfect as they allowed us to be outside during the colder part of our stay as we went during the first two weeks of September and the weather was brisk for much of our stay. Most importantly, the owners were exceptional to work with. They answered all questions prior to our booking, before our arrival and during our stay. They were accessible and clearly wanted to make sure we had a positive experience. This experience was absolutely worth the investment and I hope we have the opportunity to go again in the future.

Excellent clean and comfortable home

We had a wonderful stay at this house in Chatham. The house is perfectly located between the town and the shore. Also within easy reach of many other towns, beaches and kettle ponds. We also greatly enjoyed the pool and bbq areas. Lots of space to hang around in. Comfortable furniture and well-equipped kitchen. Claudine is very responsive and easy to work with.
