1400 sq ft 2 bedroom all on 1 floor, NO STEPS! large flat paved parking area. Only 1.3 miles of paved county roads to the Main Parkway.
Hot Tub, Pool is chlorine and is open year round, but is not heated. Pool is professionally serviced weekly on Wednesdays (weather permitting). Best swimming time is from May to September .... unless you wanna do a Smoky Mountain Polar Plunge!!

Amazing Getaway!

First, the place was even better than the pictures show. It was private, secluded, and close to the main drag for quick back and forth to the store, or any attraction. The pool was amazing, my son didn't want to leave. The entire outdoor space was super nice to sit and relax and cook. The inside was exceptionally clean and the hosts were great with communication and feedback, we will definitely be back and very much enjoyed our stay, 10/10!!

Perfect location!

The house was close to everything, but located just far enough out of town that it was peace and quiet. My kids really enjoyed the private pool. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. The know contact check in was super nice and allowed us to go straight to the house without checking in at an off site!

Time with kids

House was clean and easy to find. It’s just a short drive to anything you could want to do during your stay. Very comfortable beds and couches. Spent most of our time in the pool with the kids.

Great place to stay!!

Perfect location if you want to be near everything! Great place to bring the kiddos in the summer time with a fantastic clean pool! Property is beautiful, plenty of space to run around. The house was clean and neat. The beds were comfy, the fireplace worked perfectly, the showers had great shower heads, however, the hot water ran out a little faster than we are used to. But all around, we loved it. This one is on our favorites list And a MUST revisit.

Perfect vacation home

This vacation home was perfect for our family of 5. The location of the property was excellent. Close to restaurants and shopping center, and Dollywood, but far away from neighbors. The house was very clean, and we enjoyed the pool even though it was cold. All the furniture were new and the decor was pretty. My kids love all the TVs around the house. It was perfect for them. The wifi connection was excellent as well.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the people at Cove Mtn. Realty were great to work aware the neighbors have several dogs and they bark all night every night. This was the only problem we encountered.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very nice, the pool was a very cool touch. The management was extremely nice and accommodating. The only issue that we had was with the cleaning company. The sheets were turned inside out, the towels had hair on them, some of the tables were sticky and the tub wasn’t clean. Plus a cleaning lady rang the doorbell at 9:20am telling us that checkout was at 10am because she thought “we were still sleeping”. Having said that, It wasn’t terribly dirty, but I would just encourage the management to quality check their cleaning company. The owners of the company were VERY NICE and went over and above to make sure our stay was nice, even offering to decorate the house for Christmas. Bottom line, great place to stay, they just need to have a word with the cleaners

May 2024 Stay

Bluebird bungalow was the best house we have rented in the smokies, we own a timeshare in Gatlinburg, but we rather stay here for multiple reasons, the house it so private located on a dead end street, only 5 minutes to tanger outlets and other shops and restaurants, the private pool is awesome, the house was clean and had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and we hope to be back.
