Brand New! Completely renovated in 2022. This 5 bed 3 Bath Home has it all. 2 Master bedrooms w/ King beds & en-suite bathrooms. 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed & 4th and 5th bedroom have 2 twin beds. Sleeps 10 comfortably. Brand new kitchen w/SS Appliances Home has all brand new furnishings & linens. Fully stocked kitchen so you feel right at home. Peaceful Backyard with Heated pool & shaded area with outdoor living and dining furniture w/ BBQ to enjoy the beautiful south Florida weather.

When early check-in and late check-out are available, we are happy to accommodate for a fee Price varies according to the time selected
Smoking is only permitted outside. Please dispose of all smoking materials responsibly. There will be a fine of $500 applied if there is evidence of smoking inside after check out.
Guests staying 2 weeks or more will have an additional cleaning added to reservation payable by the guest.
No parties of any kind permitted at any time. Only guests on reservation are permitted on the property.
The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
Candles are NOT permitted inside the unit at any time.
The minimum age to reserve the home is 25 years old.
We require all guests under the reservation to provide a government-issued ID to the host prior to the check-in time, as well as sign a rental agreement. Entry instructions will not be sent out until the ID is received. We use a third-party platform to communicate with the guests. Thank you in advance for helping us maintain the home.
Guests, please understand that Miami is located in a tropical climate, and that insects and lizards flourish in this environment. If doors are not kept closed, small visitors can enter.) Although Owner will use its best efforts to hold to a minimum your interaction with these pests during your stay, Guest understands that any contact by Guest with such a pest within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
Please note, as much as we love our furry friends we, unfortunately, do not accept animals at this property, service or otherwise. We are not the owners, so we must honor the owner’s decision.
On occasion, we do make exceptions, depending on the size and whether the animal is hypoallergenic. For us to consider the exception, the request must be made prior to the booking. Thank you again and sorry for any inconvenience
Please note there is a noise ordinance from 10pm -8AM which means no noise of any kind that can be heard by the neighbors including talking and music… this can be found in the house rules and is strictly enforced thank you!
Please know that security cameras are in the outside of the unit for the safety of all guests staying in the property; tampering, covering or moving them without the consent of the host will be subject to a $100 fine, thanks for helping us taking care of our property
Extra cleaning needed after check out will be fined with $100
