Located in the beautiful Whytesands Estate is this modern 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 4 toilets property.
Enjoy the modern, well appointed, full size kitchen with walk in pantry and spacious island bench. Whip up the family dinner on the large gas range then move to the 12 seater dining table. Open the door to north facing back yard.
Adjoining the kitchen is the lounge with 75 inch LG 4K smart TV, big comfy L-shaped couch and includes split system Heating/ Cooling. Stack doors open to the Alfresco area with outdoor kitchen including BBQ, big size sink with hot and cold water taps, 3 bench tops and outdoor bar fridge and outdoor expendable table sitting up to 12.
A queen size guest bedroom is downstairs. Upstairs find the master bedroom with well appointed ensuite and access to the balcony to enjoy your breakfast or morning coffee. This level also has 2 other bedrooms, main bathroom and powder room.
Evaporative cooling keeps everyone cool in the warm summer months. Sit out in the landscape designed backyard with fire pit, feature walls and natural stone.
Additional features are the, fully equipped laundry and clothes line at side of the house. Have fun at the beach utilising the 3 boogie boards available, then wash away the day at the convenient outdoor shower
You can park up to 6-8 cars; 2 car garage with roller door access to backyard, 4 car driveway and 2 car street parking.
This property is located close to parkland and stunning wetlands; making it perfect for the family. It's just a 5 minute drive to supermarkets and all central Cowes has to offer and 10 minutes drive to moto GP track, Penguin Parade, Nobbies, wildlife Park and Phillip Island winery.
