Pet allowed under 25lbs. The condo comes equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, beach supplies including 4 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, beach toys and floats.

PLEASE NOTE - Only 2 vehicles can be parked at the unit; this includes golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, etc.
