Welcome! This 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home comfortably sleeps 15! If you seek a quiet getaway with easy access to the best of Huntsville, look no further! Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but provides easy access to major highways and interstates. Here you will find spacious rooms, onsite laundry, and more! We are sure our fully furnished rental will be the perfect place to stay; family and friends are welcome! We would love to host you!

The Space:
**NOTE: the jacuzzi tub is not working right now, but we are actively working to get it repaired!**
Guests will enter the house using a digital lock code. Once inside, the living room with a queen sleeper sofa is on the left. Keep walking straight and turn left; the hall bathroom (Bathroom #1) is to the left.
The first bedroom (2 Twin beds) is on the right. Further down this hallway, bedroom 2 (Queen bed) is on the right, and bedroom 3 with a private bathroom (bathroom #2) is on the left.
If you turn around and keep walking through the living room and then turn right, you will be in the dining room with a wooden farm table with seating for six guests. On the right side of the dining room, the fully-equipped kitchen has all the essential cookware and dinnerware needed to prepare meals.
To the left of the kitchen is the hang-out area. Here you will find a pool table, a high-top table with four chairs, and barstools to use for some family fun.
To the right of the main dining room area is the entrance to the laundry area with a washer and dryer. Bedroom 4 (full bunk bed and futon bed) is to your left of the laundry room. Walk further down this hall, and the master bedroom (#5) will be on the left. The door beside the master bedroom is an entrance to the bathroom (bathroom 3); access is also possible through the master bedroom.
Don't forget the backyard! A fire pit and chairs are available to enjoy during your visit.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

The Neighborhood:
Roughly a mile or two to basic amenities such as grocery and restaurants. Easy access to major HWY making exploring the city easy and convenient no matter your destination!

Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
