Escape to When the Sun Goes Down! This beautiful house is a cottage-style home with 3 levels that has 4 beds, and 3 baths. Enjoy ample room for your family and friends with sleeping accommodations for up to 13 guests. On the 3rd floor, you will find the king master suite, a guest bedroom with a queen bed and twin/twin bunk bed, and on the 2nd floor, you will find 2 more guest bedrooms one with a king bed and one with a queen over queen bunk bed with a queen trundle. The ground level has a garage with bonus space, a cornhole game, beach chairs, an umbrella, a beach wagon, toys, and a new bathroom with a shower and you will find an extra fridge. The back of the ground level leads out to a sitting area with a Propane grill and looks right at the community pool to watch the kiddos. For your convenience, we have a washer and dryer and a tankless water heater so you will never run out of hot water and there is a boat slip, so you have easy access to your boat. Navarre’s pristine beaches are named among the best in the nation year after year. Visitors can sun on the beach, swim in emerald waters, enjoy a picnic in the park, or pedal along a scenic bike path.
While you’re here, visit the Navarre Beach Sea Turtle Conservation Center. Guests can learn all about sea turtles including local celebrity Sweet Pea, a rescued green sea turtle, and conservation education. Snorkel and shore divers will enjoy the beautiful Navarre Beach Marine Sanctuary and artificial reef ideal for snorkeling and diving for any skill level.
