Condo with high ceilings. The place is a mixture of minimalist design and cozy environment! Located on the ground floor, you'll find two bedrooms with queen size beds. It has a complete bathroom with a shower, the living room is next to the bedroom with a large screen TV!

All rooms include all amenities to make you feel like home. Such as an oven with pots and pans in the kitchen. Also base equipment in the bathroom (soap, shampoo and bath towels). You'll have spare bed pillows and linen to make sure you feel comfortable!

Montreal trip

Great inexpensive property, very clean, and spacious bedrooms and kitchen. A few minor notes, upon arrival, all of the windows were unlocked which is worrisome because it is a ground floor apartment. The front door locked us in a few times (it’s a digital lock and we couldn’t unlock it from the inside if we locked it 15 minutes prior). The mattress and pillows were rock hard so I’d recommend bringing your own pillows. The front bedroom has a huge window that is ground level to the sidewalk outside and there are no black-out curtains, so it was very bright all night because of the street lights shining in (bring eye masks). It’s about a 40 minute metro ride to downtown and a 15 minute walk to St Michel metro. Overall, we had a good trip despite these minor notes. The TV was great and we were able to airplay movies and music from our phones. Lots of mirrors and fun decor! We did not use the kitchen but it seemed well stocked. Lots of closet space in the hallway as well.

The location was good and had all amenities needed within walking distance. I would recommend carpets at the doors and the back door blind bracket to be moved as it instantly stops the door when using. Overall the property was great and a short walk to the subway station.

Lovely little property!

I would say that the value of this property is excellent. Good communication from the property manager, we had a problem with the key code (our fault) that he helped us mitigate quickly. The property, itself, is well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing. Having functioning appliances makes a multi-day stay so much more enjoyable! I've provided mgt. this feedback and I'll share it here too: If you like medium to soft pillow firmness, you might want to bring your own pillows from home. All of the pillows are thick and firm. Also, if you are light sensitive - the room closest to the front door does have a street light in front of it so even when the curtains are drawn - the room stays illuminated at all hours. Again, these are not dealbreakers, and judging on how responsive management was to our inquiries, I'm guessing they'll address these concerns. I just want to share this feedback with any immediate future renters so they are prepared. We really, really enjoyed this property. Hightly recommend.
