This funky shack was one of the first established buildings in Prevelley and dates back to the early 1960s. The house has been passed down over generations, with the owners consciously ensuring the character and charm of the home remains unchanged. You can expect the original Moulin Rouge wallpaper, traditional period fireplace and large deck, so you can enjoy the local wines while taking in the spectacular ocean views.
With tasteful renovations completed to the bathroom, bedrooms and kitchen you will be enthralled with the easy to use amenities and relaxed setting you'll find yourself in.
The shack consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 study/reading room, 1 bathroom, 1 powder room, 1 laundry, a spacious living room, a quaint kitchen, and best of all, the spacious deck on the second story that has breathtaking views. The upstairs living room also has a split system air-conditioner to keep you toasty in Winter or cool in the Summer.
During the day you can enjoy a short morning stroll to the nearby beach and White Elephant Cafe. In the evenings you can appreciate board games, puzzles, a digital TV, DVDs and more while next to the crackling fire.
