Es mietet für weniger als zwei durchschnittliche Hotelzimmer, hat aber alle Annehmlichkeiten eines Resorts. Dieses Haus hat eine der größten in Poolbereichen in der Nachbarschaft abgeschirmt, zusammen mit absoluter Privatsphäre! Die Kinder werden das große Spielzimmer mit Klimaanlage lieben.

Perfect for a parks visit.

Immaculately clean. This is a bit of an older and slightly dated home but that’s fine and it’s imminently clean. Like spotless. The pool deck was a nice place to hang out and unwind after and between park days. I really appreciate that it’s well stocked with normal housewares. Little things like salt and pepper, a few extra towels and the like. Also… most rentals of this sort have really lousy bottom of the barrel pool tables… the one in this home is very very nice. Pool hall quality which we really enjoyed on a rainy day. Location to parks, dining, groceries and such is perfect too. Thanks we will definitely be back!

This house is in the perfect spot for all the theme parks. The owner is one of the best people I have ever worked with. I will stay at this house every time I am in Florida.

Perfect stay!

Everything in the listing is accurate. It is obvious the owner and management company go above and beyond to ensure a seamless, relaxing all inclusive stay (except for food). 8-10 miles from Disney and Universal. 5 minutes from shopping, restaurants, etc. Highly recommend for those that want to stay off park site and enjoy privacy in a great neighborhood but still close to everything.

Great place, close to the action

We just spent a week here. The proximity to theme parks was great, but it was far enough away to not have constant traffic and lights like you would closer in. The kids loved the pool, I didn’t get in as it was too cold for me. The hot tub heater is tied into the timer on the wall near the fence and after walking 40 miles in 3 days we did use it a few times. Beds were awesome, extra stuff like the game room was great. Kitchen worked for us. We cooked multiple meals there with no need for extra pots pans or similar. There is a regular coffee pot and a keurig Walmart is very close and there is an Aldi and Publix the opposite direction of Walmart and almost just as close. Thanks for letting us stay!

Great Property!

Everything was exactly as pictured. The house was clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable, the pools and jacuzzi were clean and the heating was perfect. The house was a short drive to Disney parks. We will definitely be back!

Perfect House & Location

We just returned from this property, it was in a perfect location , close to the 192, Walmart , golf course and so many fantastic restaurants! The back pool area was our favourites place to lounge , the pool was huge and the spa was an extra bonus. The kitchen was supplied with anything you might need :)

Great facilities, Great pool, Great host

We were very happy with our stay at Rick's. The facilities were second to none with a fab heated pool,a converted garage space with a full size pool table and an X-Box . Comfortable furnishings with all mod cons in the kitchen. TV had more channels than you could possibly need and the air con was very efficient. The front garden area was I think a work in progress. Overall I would recommend Rick's house to any family looking for a comfortable stay with lots of extras and close to everything..

A must stay!

My family and I stayed at this house for a week and loved every minute of it. From the pool table, video games, and amazing heated pool and hot tub this is a must stay! Close to both Disney and Universal not to mention the Walmart right down the street. Owner was super nice and responsive to any questions we had. Have absolutely no complaints about our stay.
