In the case of the HOA refusing entry, guests are responsible for finding a stay elsewhere
- NOTE: The property doesn't offer central air conditioning, but there are 2 fixed wall A/C units (1 in the loft area and 1 in the first-floor bunk bed bedroom) plus a window A/C for most bedrooms seasonally (April/May to October/November)

- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located on the front door, facing the driveway. Camera 2 is located on the deck, facing the backyard. Camera 3 is located on the balcony, facing the backyard. They are outward facing and do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. They will record when they first sense motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected
