- There are no smoking/vaping/drugs of any kind permitted in the unit or balcony. A $300 fine for each day of your stay will apply for smoking/vaping/doing drugs inside the unit or in the balcony.
- No pets are allowed.
- Please remove shoes when inside.
- No unregistered guests.
- Please respect your neighbors.
- Quiet time between 10 pm to 7am (please keep the noise level down)
- You must wait for the parking garage gate close behind you.
- Any fines or fees incurred during your stay will be charge to you.
- Fine for losing the fob or key is $150

The condo is a 12 mins drive to Fort Langley National Historic Site, 25-minute drive to the USA border. The closest beach would be Crescent or White Rock beach, which is 25 minutes. Golden Ears Parks is another beautiful hikes and recreation areas featuring Alouette Lake which is also about 25 minutes.
