If the internet is important to you, then I recommend staying somewhere else. Some devices work, then unexpectantly will suddenly not connect. When I contacted the property owner about this issue, I received a response "noted" without a time as to when the router or modem would be examined. He then later sent me a message hours later stating "someone went by and no one was there to open the door". I guess "noted" meant to wait there all day until someone arrived. Also, although they provide a TV, you must have a Netfilx, Prime, or other subscription to use it. We had a Netflix subscription, used the TV for a short while, but as stated above, would shut down as no internet connection occurred. So if the internet is important to you for both work, e-mails, and streaming TV programs, I would suggest you look elsewhere. Perhaps other units within the complex may not have a hardware issue, but this unit certainly does.
On a side note, do not expect to check in early as you will get a response "check in is at 3PM". Our stay was during the week and not a weekend. I have a hard time believing other tenants occupied the unit earlier that day so as to prevent an early check in.
