This spacious and private queen bedroom boasts a soft mattress, luxurious linens, and all the essentials you need for a convenient stay in Vista. The large windows let in plenty of natural light during the day.

A small lounge area with chairs facing a 55” HDTV with Fire TV is a great place to relax and enjoy entertainment. There’s also a designated workspace with a desk and chair to ensure that you can keep up to date with work during your stay. Get out your laptop, connect to the high-speed WiFi, and do your thing!

Enjoy the convenience of a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, stove, kettle, and coffee station with a french press. You can keep your favorite beverages cold and easily store and reheat leftovers from one of the many great restaurants nearby. You can also eat your meals in the suite at the dining area.

The sleek ensuite bathroom is luxe with gorgeous tilework and a large walk-in shower. The bathroom is thoughtfully stocked with high-end products, including fresh towels, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner, to ensure you have everything you need.

This dynamic space is nestled in a quiet neighborhood just moments from local attractions and nightlife. The entrance will lead you directly into the lobby, with a lounge area and a great selection of board games to enjoy.

When you’re ready to explore the neighborhood, you’ll be happy to find plenty of great restaurants and local breweries within walking distance. The closest beach is just a few minutes away, and there are plenty of other attractions to enjoy.

Guests of this gorgeous room have complete access to the space and its amenities, including the fridge, microwave, ensuite bathroom, and board games. The upstairs closet has different games and cleaning supplies for guest use.

We have up to 12 units available in this building so if you have a larger group, feel free to ask us about our other units.

This is a pet-friendly property! We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules:

● Please note that a $50 Pet fee will be applied per pet.
● We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy
● No more than TWO (2) animal, no larger than 20 pounds
● Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets
● Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated (doggy doo-doo bags are provided)

Self-check-in and a Smart lock system ensure that your arrival is a breeze. There is one on-site parking inside a gated lot accessible by a keypad.

Located just seven miles inland from the Pacific Ocean in northern San Diego County, the City of Vista has a perfect mild Mediterranean climate. Downtown Vista is experiencing a major transformation! It has new cool hip restaurants, popular local breweries, coffee shops, and art, all of which completely revamp the look and feel of our downtown area. It has a vibrant, artistic, pedestrian, and pet-friendly atmosphere.

➤ If you are a local resident, you must contact us before booking

➤ Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; sound will travel through the walls if too loud.

➤ No parties or events allowed

➤ Guest must provide us with a valid ID that matches their credit card information

➤ Upon booking, you will receive a rental agreement/check-in form that you are required to sign and return before your arrival.

➤ Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible

➤ NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no "smoking" includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and "use of fire" includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed

➤ There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund

➤ Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We're sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them

➤ We will place a small deposit hold on your credit card the day before your arrival to cover any accidental property damage that may occur and it will be released after your check out. If we fail to capture your security deposit, your reservation will automatically be cancelled

➤ We would like to inform you that a 4% credit card fee will be applied to any cancellations and refunds and we will follow the platform's cancellation policy.

➤ Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in)

➤ As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place on the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property

➤ The cleaning fee for the mandatory mid-stay clean will be deducted from your security deposit

➤ Pets allowed. We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules:
● No more than two animals
● Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets (doggy doo-doo bags are provided)
● Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated

➤ Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos

➤ For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera

➤ Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout. Any items left behind will incur a $50 Mailing fee (separate from the cost of postage). We will do our best to send your items back to you within a week

➤ If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest you will be liable for the costs

➤ If you were a previous/current guest and did not respect our house rules and our property, we have the right to decline your next reservation. Thank you for understanding

Best place to stay in the Vista
My wife and I stayed for a week with our two small dogs. The business is organized and very well ran. The place is in an excellent location and the rooms were modern, safe and have all the necessities that you need. It's small but the owner/designer made perfect use of the space provided so we felt more comfortable there than in a larger hotel room. The manager and staff that I encountered were kind and helpful and the building is secure and safe. We had a great stay and will use this spot again when we are back in the area.

I stayed here for almost two weeks while in SD for work. Highly recommend it for other business travelers. Fast WiFi, easy in and out, clean, modern and secure. Bonus- close proximity/easy walk to quite a few good restaurants making it easy to find that all important post work meal and cocktail. The host was very quick to respond to a couple questions I had.
